Nancy has been a great property for my property in Reading for sometime. She has been my point of contact for just over 5 years. Professional, efficient and friendly, Nancy has always gone out of her way to try to do what’s best and kept me regularly in the loop with changes. Relationships are fundamental in property management so thank you for everything you’ve done.

We own the property at 37 Thorney House, Drake Way, Reading , Berkshire, RG2-0GZ.
This property had been managed by Prospects In Reading for letting purposes over more than 10 years. Nancy Suri MARLA, the senior property portfolio partner at Prospects had been and is still the lady who deals with our property. We have had very many telephone conversations relating to any issues arising in relation to the tenancy or even the tenants. Through these conversations and from the experience of her efficient management providing a seamless line of tenants over these years and we have come to trust and depend on her and act upon her counsel relating to any potential issues or any repairs or replacement of electrical items. Nancy plays a major role representing Prospects as well as looking after our interests as landlords and she understands our mindset and viewpoint and she has earned our confidence that we find her guidance just and fair and efficient, and we have no hesitation in accepting her advice.
Her demeanour on the telephone has always been very courteous, respectable, sympathetic to our needs and full of empathy.
Such a person would be an advert to any institution and we attribute all her qualities as that of Prospects agency as well and will not hesitate to recommend the agency to our friends or family For letting management and in particular Nancy Suri as an efficient and caring property manager.
So far, we have had no complaints or concerns relating to Nancy but full of praise and gratitude and indirectly therefore for Prospects agency as well.

Our chain sale process was complicated with months of waiting for the legal work to finish and vast documentations, but Ross, Akansha & their team were throughout the process of this long 5 months by constantly supporting and updating us with the development. Though it was a very hectic process but because of them our transition was extremely smooth as Akansha kept us updated throughout the process and on the day of exchange of the contract, Ross was constantly updating us with the latest information so, we were well informed throughout the process. 100% going to recommend them to my friends and family.
