Great onboarding experience with Matilda G. Matilda was patient and attentive during our training sessions and each session was conducted at just the right pace. We are already putting the system to good use within our business and it is delivering all of the expected benefits.

Software is okay - But a extremley difficult to cancel

The software is okay and has plenty of features, but it really needs someone dedicated to setting it up and managing it properly.

The real issue is with their billing practices. My subscription was automatically renewed last year, even though I contacted them in advance and was within the 60-day notice period. I’ve since told them multiple times not to auto-renew for 2026, contacting four different people, yet I still haven’t received confirmation—and the system currently shows it will renew again.

It feels like a typical large company making it difficult to leave, which is very frustrating.

Just know, when you sign up, its a long long commitment.

Great support from CSM

Matthew reached out and introduced himself as our customer success manager when he noticed a fairly low level of activity on our account. We were going through some challenges as a new startup business, with a very small team (just two part-time co-founders). He was able to provide some great support right when we needed it. His help was much appreciated, and it's great having a direct CSM I can reach out to with any queries in the future. Thank you!

Operationally Unusable for a Live Business Environment

After several months of implementation, the system never reached a point where it could be relied upon operationally. Core integrations were inconsistent, automation prompts conflicted with real production cycles, and data accuracy remained questionable throughout.

The most concerning aspect was the amount of internal time required simply to manage the system while waiting for unresolved fixes.

A CRM should simplify operations. In our case, it significantly increased administrative complexity.

While the team remained friendly, the product ultimately did not deliver what was sold, and exiting the agreement has proven more difficult than expected.

Proceed with caution and ensure critical workflows function before committing long term.

Our onboarding experience with Matilda Gadener was amazing. Matilda had a lot of patience with all of our questions and incuries and took the time to answer them clearly and completely. I know we will have more questions as we continue through the onboarding process and we look forward to continue working with Matilda.

Thank you Matilda. She is such a good trainer and makes everything so clear and easy to understand. She made the whole learning experince really clear for us and the CRM system is great. We had a great onboarding experince.

Smooth transition from old to new CRM

The transition process from our old CRM to the new CRM was very smooth and the team at Access Group helped every step of the way.

Azri was our main contact for the change over and he was very helpful, we had a lot of questions and configuration that needed to be done but nothing was too much for him.
