only 50% refound
I simultaneously request translations of one e-book in two different languages: French and English.
I noticed the very low level of the French one and asked for immediate compensation. I received only 50% of the compensation requested. I could not use the translations.
The translation even contains grammatical errors such as male pronouns instead of female. We all know that a sore point for online translators is the translation of pronouns.
And also for ex: In the French language the plural is not used as in the following expression:
Mais des (de) masques d'or, pas même l'ombre.
After 5 pages I stopped reading and correcting because the version I receved was not proposable....
They reviewd the text but the professional level was not there!
The english transl. was better but not professional as required...(no more time to waste)
Now it is impossible to communicate to them...no answer...
(sorry english is not my moth. tong.)

Patient and open to multiple corrections
No translator is perfect, but still, I'll give ProTranslate 5 stars. I just requested them to translate a legal document (my birth certificate for citizenship application), which was actually filled up in handwriting. As the handwriting was not that legible, it was only normal that they committed some typographical errors. I think I had to resend them the document up to almost 5 times, before it became totally became free from spelling errors (especially names). This wouldn‘t have been a problem if the document was typewritten. They managed to deliver the final translated document within the same day, I didn‘t have to wait too long. No extra charges demanded. Thanks for the patience and kind understanding once again!

Fast, Efficient and Caring
I had to get my documents translated in a day. I've contacted the firm via WhatsApp and talked with Ms. Medine. Around 850 letters were translated in 3 hours. My deepest gratitude to the translators and Ms. Medine. I'm absolutely happy with the experience. I'll definitely get my future translations from this firm.

Great place to work

Very happy with their work
