The McKinsey Solve Game course is all you need to get ready for the test.
It breaks everything down step by step, shows you how it all works visually, and walks you through the tasks with clear explanations and ways to solve them. The structure is super solid, and by the end, you’ll feel totally ready and confident to take the test.
If you’ve got questions, they reply super fast, and there’s some bonus content included too.
The only downside is the Excel tool for the Ecosystem game — it might happen that the suggested approach would not take you straight to the answer, in which case you're left with very limited time to go back and redo things.
But overall, the best part is that you come out of it feeling confident and in control, knowing exactly how to tackle the game and having the tools to solve it.

Cut the nonsense, and the Direct Approach that is followed is amazing. You get what you signed up for.

The Solve Game Guide helped me to prepare for the game, feel confident throughout the process, and not lose time on figuring out the rules and the game setup. At the same time, I would say that most of its information was available on the Internet for free. However, a part of it was unique.
Therefore, if you have doubts about whether you covered everything with the publicly available info, don't feel confident enough, and have money at hand, I would recommend buying the guide at least to have that peace of mind it gives. If not, you can also prepare 80-90% by spending a day on YouTube and a few websites.

The resources were highly curated and extremely relevant. The tips provided were accurate, applicable and highly useful. Undoubtedly the best resource I used for preparation!

For me, this package is worth it for the Ecosystem and Sea Wolf solvers alone, but it also includes helpful guides and bonus content. I used another solver for Ecosystem during the test and it output a system of 8 species which wasn’t continuous, so I would stick with this one. The Sea Wolf solver was flawless. Francesco is very responsive, and overall if you have the means I think this is a solid investment.

It was easy to follow and it helps a lot to prepare actual PSG test.

The course itself is very well structured, one could generally go through it in one day as well as practice working in excel files. The excel file for the 3rd task (sea wolf) is amazing and helps a lot while not taking too much time. What concerns the first task with building an ecosystem, I must say it takes a lot of time to get through the first batch, and if it happens that there is no sustainable chain than you need to be very fast. I suspect that in my case I lost a lot of time because in the highest calorie batch there was eventually no sustainable chain (or I could not find it).

I purchased the PSG secrets module for the McKinsey Solve test. I found the course useful for the following reasons:
- Course content was thorough and comprehensive
- Francesco's explanation were clear and concise. He also provided operational tips to maximize success on the solve assessment
- Takes away the guessing/uncertainty around the assessment and allows you to succeed with confidence
