Άκυρωσαν παραγγελία με την δικαιολογία της εσφαλμένης αναγραφης τιμής. Μονο να κάνουν διαφημηση ξέρουν τις τιμές μετά τα ακυρώνουν

I had high hopes for this site, but it was a huge disappointment. Every time they cancel orders. Overall, Public is unreliable. I will not shop again.

If i was able to rate them with zero stars i would. It's the third time i had a bad experience with them. After paying on their site for a product they canceled the offer. Same thing twice this time and i had the same experience in the past. I had to call them because they canceled without informing me, i asked them about the payment which was already done and they told they would proceed immediately to a refund. That was misleading. Just to get rid of me. Waiting for the refund which unfortunately is not immediate.

Awful experience.

It is the second time I bought a product in "good" price and it was cancelled again for "technical reasons). It is a way to deceive persons to increase their traffic. Unacceptable

They have not honoured orders in many occasions in the past invoking "wrong price due to system error". Stay away, specifically from big discounted products.

The service provided has been unprofessional, with staff seemingly unaware of European regulations, leaving customers to deal with individuals who are not properly equipped to do their jobs. I ordered home appliances, including a refrigerator that arrived defective, and I have now been waiting two months for a replacement. I also ordered a washing machine, which similarly has not arrived after two months and still waiting. I am repeatedly given promised delivery dates, only to experience delays that waste both my time and money.

I don't know why I ever bother with Public. Every single time I preorder a game I don't get it on release day. I pre-ordered Silent Hill 2 remake only to get a notification the day of delivery that the game just went out of stock and I'd be getting my copy sometimes after the 17th of the month, AKA 10 days after release. I do know better and rarely purchase anything from Public since everything is priced significantly higher than MSRP. Odd considering they are a big box chain that buys in bulk and universally this allows them to sell at a cheaper price than an independent store. Local game stores sell all games for 13 euros less on average but unfortunately had exhausted their pre-order sales before I got mine in. This is the 3rd and last time I will give Public a chance.

*I figured I'd provide an update. After speaking with Public's customer service they ended up tracking down a copy of the game and sending it to me, 4 days after release instead of ten days after. To my surprise they also gifted me a steel-book for Silent Hill 2 as a "sorry for the bad experience" type token about a week later. This is all to say that the customer service gentlemen I dealt with was very attentive and went out of his way to remedy the situation, always remaining polite and understanding. 5 stars for him!

I bought a vinyl record and it was warped.
Ive bought one record from them before that was just fine but I can't stand it being warped.

It is good to know that when you order a product (in my case a washing machine) and upon buying the delivery of the new machine and the recycling if the old machine is confirmed ...have in mind that the old machine needs to be disconnected by somebody to be taken for recyclilng by the delivery people. If it is not disconnecting they will not take it. I also used the service from Public to connect the new product, please be informed that this does not happen on the same dsy as the product is delivered. It is a seperate service for which you will have to phone and phone again and again. Promises are broken, and you just wait. This kind of information I would like to have know before the product is bought. Better to use Kotsobolos or something so that the delivery, disconnecting of old machine and connecting of the new product happens at the same time by the same people.

Awful Experience with Public Stores.

Unfortunately, my experience with Public stores was very disappointing. I ordered a product that arrived damaged. When I contacted customer service to request a replacement, I encountered indifference and refusal. Despite having paid for the product, no replacement was offered and my money was not refunded.

This experience has made me question their reliability and professional conduct. I will not choose Public stores again and certainly will not recommend them to anyone I know.

While their customer service team is very polite and eager to help, both the company of PUBLIC and their team is unreliable.

I placed an order on the 2th of July and even though on the website, prior to completing the placement of my order, said it would be available for store pick up with payment on sight the next day on 3th of July, up until today which is 7 days later I didn’t receive any information about my order. In the meantime, I had contacted their customer service team to confirm that my order was successful and ask the reason for the delay and THREE times, all three times, they confirmed that my order was valid and it would be available for pick up with a delay due to technical issues.
Today, 7 days after the placement of my order was completed, they emailed me to inform me that due to a technical issue my order was not successful after all. I called again, to express my disappointment and all they offered was to help me make this order again from scratch and wait even more days.

From now on, I will be buying only from competitors of Public such as PLAISIO , which has proven more reliable.

I paid for a new air condition and its installation. The technician opened a huge hole on my wall which he filled with just felizol leftovers from the air conditions packaging. He insisted that there is nothing he can do and left it.

I shelled out €300 for a gaming monitor, expecting prompt delivery as advertised on their site. But instead, I've been strung along week after week. Despite stressing the urgency due to my work, they keep promising it'll arrive "in the next few days." It's been over a month, and they haven't even received it from the supplier. Of course I cancelled after 1 month+ of waiting and I’m on hold to take my money back.

Very bad experience with quality issue. Public gave up responsibility of defected item, although as seller they are fully responsible. Have to take action via EU consumer protection

Υπάρχει καθυστέρηση αρκετών ημερών στην παράδοση παραγγελίας από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, ακόμη δεν την έχω παραλάβει, αλλά έσπευσαν να χρεώσουν την κάρτα πριν εξασφαλίσουν το προϊόν. Απολύτως αναξιόπιστοι.

STAY AWAY....!!! USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE USELESS RETURNS DEPARTMENT AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL YOU CAN'T COMMUNICATE WITH NO ONE THAT IS IN CHARGE.. MANAGER ,SUPERVISOR OR ANYONE ELSE ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE FORWARD YOUR DEMANDS AND BE PATIENT.... ONE THING I CAN UNDERSTAND FROM THAT USELESS CEO. CALLS 22 MILLION OF INVESTMENTS AND THERE IS NO MANAGER TO SOLVE PEOPLES PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCTS LIKE LAUNDRY KITCHEN FRIDGE ETC WHICH THEY IMPORT FROM TURKEY.....!!!!! -22.000.000 stars from me

Not that good me and my friend went in the store and they yelled at us because my friend was touching a board game and they kept on eyeing him up and down whilst we were searching for the things we wanted the delivery service isn't good at all though because it takes about a month for a book to come personal experience by the way overall I think they should totally manage their employees and delivery
