My usual salon shut down so I needed somewhere new to restock my skincare. Delivery was fast and nothing arrived leaking which has happened to me from other sites before, box was packed tight. Prices came in noticeably lower than ordering straight from the brand's own website, which surprised me a bit. Asked a question about whether a product suited my skin type and got an honest answer instead of just being told to buy it anyway. Nice to find a proper family shop still doing this instead of another faceless warehouse.

The products arrived promptly and securely wrapped.

I took advantage of an offer and, as always, I was very satisfied with my Dermalogica products.

Ordered the wrong product for my sister now they won’t refund me my money, looks like I’m out $60 saying items on sale are not refundable. It wasn’t on sale when I purchased it. Crooks SMH

I placed an order on 2/7/26 I had to contact them on 7th to chase order was told out of stock but would upgrade order ASAP. It was delivered on 9/7/27 but was wrong I ordered a 100ml received 75ml but still charged for 100ml, was told could send it back for refund or put points on my account which is no help to me. Should have contacted me to say it was out of stock and I would have asked for a refund.

This was the first time that I have ordered from Pure Beauty and did so based on the excellent price point. My items were dispatched and delivered within expected timescales and were well packaged. Shocking company! Item arrived damaged and company disagreed and refused to refund me. As you can see from previous comments by owner on other reviews he is rude and lacks any type customer service experience. Don’t forget its ’family Run’, this does not make this ok. The directors last company was dissolved, which speaks volumes. I will not purchase from them again and will tell my friends and family!

I ordered Moroccanoil all in one leave in conditioner and Clarifying Shampoo twice and have received a great service each time. The products were well packaged and arrived promptly. Pleased the postage was free and Royal Mail tracking service was used, kept up to date of the items progress and always receive a good service with Royal Mail.
