Ordered knee support 6th April,26 as of 16th still no knee support, it took 3 requests for them to reply and they say there is shipping problems but still no idea when they will arrive??, these knee supports are not cheap and poor service is not good. I would not order from this company again.

Pure Compress UK advertised 3 -6 days delivery. However after a week still not received. Tracking information showed shipping from China! I had assumed from their advertising that it was UK based company. I emailed company to say I was disappointed in that and would like a refund. When product arrived it was unbranded and just in a cheap plastic bag as I would expect from Temu . Stitching and quality was poor. I opened a dispute through PayPal and then was constantly emailed by Pure Compress asking me to close the dispute and then they would be able to process my refund. Didn't do that as had lost trust in the company. PayPal accepted my claim and I was fully refunded.

Took ages to arrive not informed of dispatch and wondered when they didn't arrive if I had been scammed,however unexpectedly they arrived poorly packaged no indication of sizing as no label and I wondered if I had been sent wrong size, I did order a size larger than my measurements as I did not trust the sizing,they do feel comfortable but still roll down from the top when I move..and definitely not worth the money I paid for them,but that's the risk I took, as have seen cheaper bamboo sleeves on Amazon.There are alot of good reviews which makes me very sceptical as to their origin.

I was sceptical about these, I work 12 hour shifts and I cannot believe the difference wearing the knee support makes to my day, if you’re in two minds, I would say go for it, they really do work.

Although the knee supports took a little while to arrive I cannot believe the difference they have made to my nights’ sleep!! To be honest, there was a part of me that felt that I was wasting yet more money trying to find something to ease my knee pain at night, but I am absolutely amazed and thrilled at the difference they have made. These are better than any ointment, gel, tablets or knee supports I have tried …. and believe me, after waiting g over 3 years for knee replacements, I have tried a lot!!!Customer service was also excellent when querying the delay in delivery.
Needless to say I am ordering more!!

After an MRI scan and finding out that i had 2 Meniscus tears in my knee and with doctors not being particularly helpful, I tried various creams, gels and Knee braces to help quell the swelling and pain of which none really seemed to work.
I then came across an advert for Pure Compress Bamboo Knee supports and thought ill give them a go which I am glad I did, they are not a cure for my circumstances but really help with the swelling and pain especially wearing them in bed overnight and will be ordering more.

Very happy with Bamboo knee support.
Have worn them a couple of times now and give good support to your knees.

I received my Bamboo knee support sleeves on the 6th March and started wearing them straightaway.
The same weekend, I worked
two - 12 hour shifts -
My knees never felt so pain-free and I was able to bend my knees without pain .
I can now go on longer walks-
I have ordered another pair and also sent the link to my friends and also colleagues at work.
I have looked at the gloves and will buy those for my sister - she suffers from arthritis in her fingers.

Easy ordering and delivery. Value for money. Knee sleeves are comfortable. They don’t roll down and help alleviate knee pain. They are practically indistinguishable under clothing

I have osteoarthritis in both knees and have tried many different support products. I strapped them but am allergic to the adhesive. When these arrived I slipped them on and they felt great. Really comfortable and supportive.
I still have pain but I will wear these going forward.
I was a bit worried at first that I may have bought from a scammed but this is not the case. My experience has been positive with good customer support.
I would recommend Pure Compress.

I've tried so many different knee sleeves and wasted so much money until I came across PureCompress, these are comfortable yet give support needed. Customer service is great and delivery takes approximately 2 weeks. I will never go to a different company again.

I am very happy with this company and their after sales service they were quick to respond to my emails and had no qualms about replacing my order when I made a mistake of ordering the wrong size

While awaiting for knee replacement surgery, I was suffering from fluid build up overnight, making getting out of bed a really painful experience.
Wearing the XL compression support has relieved this discomfort.
Not the miracle cure that the ads suggest, but never expected it would be.
Had a slight issues I had requested 1XL and 1 L but a pack of 2L was delivered.
Quick email to company and a pack of XL sent out quickly.

Instead. Can buy identical pair for £2.41 on T*m*. Took 3 weeks to arrive from China. Only offered a partial refund, despite to send the gloves back within the UK.
Had to go to Payp** dispute to get a full refund. Ask to cancel dispute to get full refund. Cheaper prices on UK Eb**..for other products like knee sleeves..

The customer service is great and the bamboo sleeves works wonders. Fits comfortably and great at night too !

So disappointed I was expecting great things after reading the reviews, I measured as instructed but the supports roll down just like all of the others I’ve tried 🤔

Good service sleeves arrived in reasonable time
Good quality unfortunately the size I ordered was too small for prolonged use as I needed larger size I contacted customer service who replied promptly
They offered to replace with a bigger size so I'm awaiting replacement
I will update later

After 3 total knee replacements I find that there is a weakness in the knee I had done twice. I find the compression sleeve is starting to make a difference on that knee. And I am pleased at last to have increased strength in that knee.
