I like this company as they were one of…
I like this company as they were one of the first to bring k beauty and skincare to the U.K. Their original store in central London is small, but fully stocked. However, I do think it needs some love. A different k skincare store opened just a few doors down and the difference in merchandising and the quality of the store itself is night and day. This original branch needs some love so it can continue to pull customers in off the street and not lose to its competitors. Right now it just looks like a small warehouse. There’s nothing about the shopping experience that feels good. But it’s a great place to stop if you know exactly what you need.
