DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I bought this vacuum because my son had severe eczema. The vacuum does not work (it does not suction), and it cannot be returned. The company expects me to ship it to Germany (which is NOT where I received it), which would cost me more than $80, and then wait to see if they accept my return.

I swear this must be a scam. But I tried it anyway because I so miss a full night's sleep. I bought it and followed instructions perfectly but It was useless and didn't work. Of course they wanted me to leave a review which I did, honestly but haven't heard back. Don't bother with this garbage.

I have been using PureSleep for many years, and it's fantastic! On the very first night, it stopped my snoring and it's been working ever since. It causes a little soreness for the first couple nights, but is then very comfortable. In fact, I now find it more comfortable to sleep with it than without it. One time, I had a problem with the fitting process, but used the postage-paid return shipping label that was included in my order to exchange it for a new one, and it was very easy, and customer support is in the United States and very professional. Five-stars!

It was too big for us but they took it back and made it right. I appreciate the customer support. 🌸

I mistakenly posted an unfavorable review on this company. There is another company called PureSleepy who manufacture a device for cleaning your mattress and sleeping surfaces. My experience was with them not The Pure Sleep Company. I apologize for the error.

This company is a scam, I placed an order in October hoping to get it before Christmas , when I inquired about my order they claim it was delivered in January, when I asked for proof or a refund they claimed that they will replace it, it has been 2 months and there only response is they are waiting for shipping confirmation. I have emailed my contact for the past 5 days and now they won’t reply. Be aware and don’t order nothing from this company. They are a scam!

Don’t waste your time. They claim 4-6 days delivery, it’s been over two weeks. They told me it had been delivered but haven’t provided any proof of delivery or details. Still no proof, product or explanation.

Please Don't waste your time on this product. It comes over 1 month later. Poor customer service. Customer service told me to find an outlet that stocks the filter- this is nothing but a shonky middle man. Save your money and buy local. It just feels like an average vacuum with average power.

I ordered my product a few weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. I have contacted customer services and no response? Can someone please confirm when my order will arrive and contact me please?

I’m really unhappy with Pure sleep. I bought the mattress vacuum (£79.95) and after using it on 4 mattresses it was over heating. After charging it the first time the charger snapped too. Poor quality and a complete waste of money. After sending a messaging on their contact page through their website at the start of June, a month later I am still waiting for someone to get back to me.

The product ended up not working for me, but I’m giving them 5 stars for their excellent customer service, warranty, and return policy (that they stand by). It’s so rare these days to be able to speak to someone on the phone.

I have used this product and is good most part but is 80% effective against snoring.

My brother says it's working for him so i guess it depends from person to person

Be careful on getting any returns or replacement on defective pieces that is falling apart.

I was not able to use this product as it never fit the structure of my teeth. There was just one size and unless you are a small person it will not work. I thought I did it wrong the first time and they did re-send another product to me but by the time I was able to get around to trying it again the time had expired to get a return. I did not know that they offered a return of the funds. I think it would have worked had the guard been able to expand the shape to not feel like my jaw was being squeezed together. Teeth slipped out due to being too narrow of a guard and not deep enough to cover teeth.

I have used your product for years and it works great. Wears out after some time but all products do that. I recently purchased the product for the third time and was a little disappointed only because the first two times I ordered I was sent two mouth devices for the same price I ordered this time. This order only came with one mouth device so I may look into a device that is a little cheaper next time!

I have obstructive sleep apnea-I wanted to write a review after using product for some time(approx a year)-I am so happy with puresleep and its effectiveness! I honestly did not expect this to work but I was desperate to find an alternative to using my cpap machine. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt the need to since I know there are many people who suffer from OSA and are reluctant to using a cpap. This is truly an honest review-I do not “choke” in the middle of the night from not breathing! Please try this product! To give you insight into my OSA-I would stop breathing approx 20 times an hour-this product is not a “gimmick”. It works-sorry for such long review-I-just hope this helps someone looking for an alternative product to their OSA- thank you -Maura E

Quite simply it didn't work for me. I followed the fitting instructions...no problem. The following morning I had some discomfort in my jaw, this is perfectly normal, which passed quickly BUT it didn't stop me snoring. I persevered & used it for another 2 nights but I still snored.
I contacted customer support to return the device & obtain a refund.
The return label is for the U.S.A. only & when I enquired at Australia Post the postage cost was AU$24 which is nearly 50% of the device cost. It's not worth returning & now I'm stuck with it.

The product did not fill well, it actually hurt my teeth and it fell out of my mouth a few times throughout the night. It was very bulky and made it hard to fall asleep and get used to.. I'm sending it back today.
