Do not use this site
Do not use this site! They are horrible with communication, keep taking peoples money and do not do what they say. Automated responses but then a completely different story saying they cannot source my item. A joke in all honesty as they said they were being sent to be authenticated.
Unacceptable
Feels like I ordered from an international seller rather than a local one. It’s been over two weeks and my shoes haven’t even been shipped. For a local purchase, this delay is unacceptable. There’s been little to no update or communication about the hold-up, which just adds to the frustration. I expected better service and faster turnaround — especially when shopping within the same country.
My Pokémon card box arrived damaged
My Pokémon card box arrived damaged, with the packaging torn and the protective seal barely intact. I reached out to Customer Service six times, only to receive dismissive responses claiming no responsibility. When I escalated my concerns, their reply was unhelpful and poorly handled, leaving me extremely disappointed as a customer.

1 full month after I placed my order and today I RECEIVED IT! Now to my confusion,(and surprise) the quality of the product is by no means consistent with the way they conduct their business.
The Items are brilliant. All sizes spot on and they honoured by original resolution request exactly as I had asked.
BUT I didn't know even know this because I didn't get a single response during the entire process that wasn't an automated bot reply. And it's only because I raised a dispute with afterpay that the package was sent the following day. It's just NOT ok to be left in the dark the whole time when $1000+ has been spent and I have no clue at all of what is going on.

I spend $1200 at PUSHAS nearly 3 weeks ago - a few automated responses from a chat bot saying someone will get back to me...Nothing.. I trusted the website at first because generally stores promoted on the afterpay, zippay klarna apps are trustworthy. Absolute joke and their refund policy is unbelievable...how can you call it a refund when they're just giving the money back to themselves as a store credit LESS than the amount you spent. How are they in existence? Why does afterpay tarnish its own reputation by collaborating with scam companies?
No customer support
Update:
Almost 6 weeks since ordering has been placed and have received no update after multiple requests. Keep receiving extremely poor replies that provide no update on where my item is.

Placed an order nearly a month ago and have received zero updates.
Tried multiple times to get an update via website and email, and have only received generic replies that do not provide any information or timeline.
Can not get in contact with customer service despite multiple attempts.
Like most people in the recent reviews section, I placed my order 2 weeks ago (as a gift which is now too late) and despite my attempts to contact customer service multiple times they have not gotten back to me, yet they have happily taken payment straight away. I feel as though this site is a scam and should not be trusted. $150+ I will probably never get back. Do not recommend and will never be using pushas again for purchases in future.

I made an order on pushau on 7 May. I have emailed numerous times. I’ve been on the app and I have asked for support. I have called. No one has gotten back to me, Still haven’t received any shipping details. My order still says unfulfilled. Really disappointing considering a lot of people spend some good money on this website and I can’t even get a reply. Still working on it guys. I’ll keep you updated.
Extremely poor customer service
I placed an order for an item that was clearly marked as "available" and after two and a half weeks I still had no dispatch notification, tracking number or update. I contacted them twice requesting either a dispatch update or a refund and I received only a vague reply saying they were "working on it" and that they don't provide refunds after 2 hours of order placement - regardless of the circumstances. They then ignored all further communication. I eventually escalated the matter on PayPal, through which I was able to get a refund.
At no point did Pushas take accountability for the delay or lack of communication. Based on my experience, this business appears to operate with poor transparency, inadequate customer service, and refund policies that don't align with operating a business in 2025.
If you value timely delivery and responsive support, I’d strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
