Water heater

Although there was confusion over the availability of the product I ordered, the company quickly rectified the issue and supplied an alternative model at a reduced price, on a next day service.

I orders a santon over counter water…

I orders a santon over counter water heater it took 2 months to arrive every date they gave me it didn’t arrive I had to chase them up and when it did arrive it did not work and now I have to go through the manufacturer, which is gonna take another two weeks to repair so not the best experience working with QBIC

Excellent service

Very pleased to have found this company after being let down by another, they had my product in stock, there was quick free delivery and I got money off for subscribing to their email list, I highly recommend.

Best electric fire we’ve ever had!

Absolutely delighted with our new Auberry Optimyst fire! It looks so much more realistic than any we’ve seen.
Easy to refill the water tank (for the steam) and so simple to operate- with or without the remote.
Service was second to none with fire arriving exactly when it was promised.
Thank you so much.
