Great service. Perfect

Placed an order for heater. At £131 received invoice but nothing back for a week, on phoning them fond out that it was not in stock and could not say when it would be. Agreed to cancel order and asked for refund, followed this up with e mail. Over three week period contacted them and each time was promised a call back-none came.only got refund through pay pal after raising it with them.

Efficient service,easy to order what i wanted

it does not make sense to ask me for feedback when you have taken my money but failed to deliver the goods

I ordered my water heater over 2 weeks ago, I've had one email ensuring me it would be delivered last week, still nothing, I've sent 2 emails asking for update on my order with no reply.

Ordered item to be told several days later they don’t have it... then told it wouldn’t be in the country for nearly two weeks offered alternative several days later nothing so I called it hadn’t been shipped... shouldn’t have to chase an item when there happy to take your money... never again

Kept me informed of delay. Delivery when expected.

Bought a new fire for the lounge- and was given wonderful service by a member of staff Sian - and she kept to her word- and the item delivered on time. Highly recommended !!!!

Delivery company failed and Sian at QBIC was on it straight away

The product is good, just as expected. However the delivery service is diabolical. I was giving a delivery date of Friday the 8th of March so l arranged to be home. After I'd made the arrangement I was told 'Sorry but it will be Monday the 11th' so I organised to be home in the Monday. I was home on Friday as I could not rearrange that day and the radiators arrived, damaged. I could not rearrange Monday so again home for no reason. I was given Thursday the 14th as new delivery date, again I arranged to be home. Guess what? You guessed they did not turn up. I was now told by 10:30am on Friday the 15th. I was told that the driver had been told to call me when he was in my area so that I could go out to attend to something. No call but I happened to be back when they eventually arrived, undamaged, at 14:30. The driver did not know about the before 10:30 delivery and hadn't actually left the depot until around 10:30. He was also not informed to call me when he was in the area, pure luck I was back home.
The driver was very apologetic that he didn't know about the before 10:30 delivery or that he was to have called me.

All this was a real pain with over 10 emails and a lot of wasted days. I'm afraid I will probably shop around for another supplier as I looked on Trustpilot and delivery was a complaint which had been made a few times.

One was faulty and there was no problem changing it at all
Now both working fine

Excellent when I had to cancel order due to hospitalisation. Sian who I spoke to helped me so much. Overall excellent service. Hope to re order when I am fully recovered.

Sian was really helpful as we wanted a product which wasn't actually shown on your website; she went the extra mile to call your supplier regarding lead times and got us out of a hole with our kitchen fitters. Thanks!

Firstly they offered what I wanted at very good prices. Also, when I went to see them Sian was most helpful in demonstrating each unit and explaining things and answering all my questions. After sales care was very quick and well dealt with. A very hassle free company to do business with and I would highly recommend them.

Worked very well easy to install wouldnt say anything bad but just I thought in my own personal opinion that the one that was sent to me was a bit off as when I was putting the female to copper straight on the inlet and outlet that the thread felt really tight straight away which was worrying me. Maybe make them slighty looser for the future incase the thread get knackered but other than that 10/10 very good product for the price
