It's a pretty easy process with good support! I would recommend it! I am glad I used them.

So far, so good. Very helpful on the phone when I had questions about filling out the QDRO Form. I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly

The questions were definitive and precise.

Fairly easy process however would be nice to have a call to walk through list of questions, especially for people not so business savvy. I also don’t understand why they indicate in email that it would take additional 3-5 months for plan administrators to process

The on line process continued to send an error each time I tried to pay. I called support and they could not understand why that happened on several occasions as well. I also send a chat message.
Christine is amazing and very customer service. I got through the process with her help!
