Good price good quality and good discounts

My son had his Spark X1 for 3 months when the throttle went out. We called and they replaced the throttle for no charge, except its been over a month and still we haven't received the new throttle. It's now 4 months to the day since we received the bike and it is unusable with fried throttle, the promise of a replacement that never came, and money out the window.

This was the best investment for me. I always wanted a bike like this. I purchased two of them. I was worried that it would be hard to put together when it comes. But they had everything prepared and packed in a way that it was very easy to assemble. I have been enjoying this bike. I go everywhere with it. It makes me get outside more. I have not had any problems with my bikes. I have had it for three months now. It works exactly like they say. I recommended this brand to everyone who asked about our bikes. It was worth every penny and it is definitely quality made.

Good bike and service. Buying one for myself

I bought this bike for my daughter to take back and forth to work. She loves the color of it. She likes she is able to use it as a bike with the pedals for some exercise when she wants. We also received the accessories with the bike. The back rack is definitely a must. It comes in handy when you have a back pack you dont want to wear when your ridding.
All in all its been a great form of transportation for her.

Everything was great except for assembly instructions. The photos were difficult to follow and we are familiar with assembly. Some folks may be required to get professional help. Otherwise, the tricycle is wonderful. It was a gift for a sister and she uses it daily taking care of her chickens. Even though the seat looked small, it performs very well. It is comfortable and she uses it daily in rough sandy ground.

We love our new bikes. The price was a good deal as well. The only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is because we had a few issues. Had a seat that was put together wrong and a wire that was cut. Qrong made everything right. Best way to communicate with them is e-mail.

I’ve been riding the Meteors ST eBike for a bit now, and I’ve gotta say—it’s been awesome. I’m not a “bike expert” or anything, just someone who wanted something easy and fun to ride, and this thing really delivers.
The ride is super smooth and comfortable. The step-through frame makes it really easy to get on and off—which I honestly didn’t think would matter as much as it does, especially being 6'4". A lot of bikes can feel awkward or cramped for taller riders, but this one still feels really natural and comfortable to ride. I actually ended up loving the step-through design way more than I expected. It just makes everything easier, whether you’re hopping on quickly or stopping a lot around town.
The pedal assist is probably my favorite part. You can choose different levels depending on how much help you want, and it really makes a difference. If I’m just cruising, I keep it low and it gives me a nice little boost. But when I hit a hill or get tired, I bump it up and it does a lot of the work for me. It feels smooth—not jerky—and just kind of takes the edge off riding. There are also multiple riding modes, so you can go full electric, pedal assist, or just ride it normally, which is nice depending on your mood .
Another thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to put together. I was expecting it to be kind of a pain, but it really wasn’t. It comes mostly assembled already, so it didn’t take long at all before I was out riding.
And the extras it comes with are actually useful—not just throw-ins. The basket is great for quick store runs, the rearview mirrors make me feel a lot safer riding around, and having a lock and drink holder already included is just super convenient. It feels like they actually thought about what people would use day-to-day.
Overall, it just feels like a solid, reliable bike that makes riding more enjoyable. It’s comfortable even for someone my height, easy to use, and has everything you need right out of the box. Whether I’m cruising around or running errands, it’s made everything easier and a lot more fun. I’d definitely recommend it.

I like the style of the bike and the price. As I’m getting older, the step through is a safe design. It’s heavier than i expected but riding without any power is no problem. I wouldn’t bother using the included mirrors as they vibrate too much. But I got a sturdier version and it’s great. I plan on using this for longer rides when I get too tired of peddling.

I've debated to buy or not to buy a ebike.
Have rode commuter bikes for quite a while.
Looked into Qronge as well as a few other companies.
Looked at reviews and decided to buy the Meteor.
It came well packaged and relatively easy to put together with no problems. Taken it for a spin and
the bike works very well.... it fun. Look forward to many rides in the future!

I looked at a bunch of different options for e-bikes and this one looked and felt right. It arrived quickly, maybe a week or so, and the setup took a few hours. Since then I've ridden it all over town, bike paths, and a little bit of off roading. It makes going up hills easy and makes bike rides awesome

I bought 4 Meteor ST for my family and customer rep was so nice to ask her manager for discount for bulk buy which was approved. There was a problem with front fork and a replacement part was sent timely and cost of labor was credited. The e-bikes rides are smooth and quiet. The pedal assist motor provided effortless power even up steep hills. I appreciated that the bikes came with minimal assembly and ready to go almost right out of the box with all needed accessories. We just needed to buy helmets and ready to hit the trails. I highly recommend this bike and company.
