We’ve been using QSR Suite across our store operations and it’s made a big difference to how we manage things day-to-day.

It’s especially useful for food cost and labour control — we now have much better visibility, and the insights make it easier to reduce waste and protect margins without second-guessing. Labour management has also improved a lot, with simple scheduling, forecasting, and clear tracking of actual vs planned hours, which really helps during busy periods.

It also works well for HR and compliance. Managing employee info is much easier, and everything is kept organised so we’re always audit-ready.

Overall, it’s a really easy system to use and having everything in one place saves a lot of time and reduces admin. It’s definitely helped us run a tighter, more efficient operation.

A fantastic platform that can be built to suit your needs and that allows for a one stop shop with everything you need. Easy system for HR Management of Documents whilst also fantastic for scheduling once linked in with our own system for sales. The support from the team is great and they are always quick to respond with any queries.

Anyone you contact are always more than helpful and cant do enough for you. Bespoke software and portals are a key factor for us, as "off the shelf" packages are not tailored to our needs. QSR suite enables this for us, delivering excellent work and great results. There is always a "can-do" attitude when I liaise with the team, and they will also advise on enhancements to our requirements, which will improve what we initially sought. Business relationships are built on trust, and we definitely trust QSR suite to create software that we can adapt in the future.

Great platform for a centralised view of a 30 strong chain

We use this system across our franchise group, and it has become essential to our daily operations. It supports key areas such as HR management, labour scheduling, customer resolution, sales forecasting, and Right to Work compliance. Labour scheduling and sales forecasting, in particular, help us manage costs effectively, reducing overspend and operate far more efficiently.

The system is flexible and allows bespoke changes tailored to our franchise needs, which ensures it aligns fully with our operational processes and management structure.

I work for a franchisee as a HR Administrator, and we have been using this system for many many years now. We are really happy with using the system, it improves our day-to-day operations and lowers the time needed to complete tasks. The system is efficient and accurate, which is the most important.
