I’ve been using Qualia for over two years and feel amazing! It was instrumental to maintaining optimal health through my menopause. Customer care is awesome too! I trust the product and company, which is a bold statement now a days!

I got an email from Qualia Life that had to do with needing a new credit card. So after I got another email that basically said "yes", so I sent the last 4 digits of a new credit card. I am very happy that this company actually contacted me to give them the right data. Thank you so much!!

Courteous, responsive and fair customer service

Dana was great! Placed my order,tried getting the 2nd product for 29$ within my 30minutes but it did not work.. Dana went above and beyond to help get that!,then it literally got lost in the mail somewhere in Maryland..it was immediately re sent and I got it. The products work. I love the qualia mitochondria supplement, am using several.. Will continue to be a customer

My husband has enjoyed his Qualia NAD , so your last sale gave me a great chance to try ALL the products.
We have just started the newer ones & won't have an opinion for a few weeks. But we have faith from past products. And customer service ( Dana, Kelly) is exemplary !

I am 62 years old and have an autoimmune disease, many people out there do. I quit trusting doctors years ago. I pretty much treat myself as much as I can by supplementing, research, and other things. I only buy my supplements through two companies, Qualia being my number one. They might be a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their customer service is the best. I had a problem. I emailed them,the first time they emailed me that day and the second time they emailed back within 20 minutes, 20 minutes! I won’t go anywhere else, ever. I was on Adderall for 10 years and although it did help with my ADD, over time my health took a hit (my resting heart rate was almost 100, sleeping)
My woman found Qualia, I switched and I have been very happy. It may seem pricy but how much is your health worth? And I will say that their customer service is amazing! They got back to me the same day! Thank you Qualia Life! - Not an Ad, just a happy customer!

The products are amazing and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and efficient.

Very helpfull and accomodating! On on top of that the Magnesium+ work wonders and I have a restful night, something that I wanted so so much.

I love the Magnesium. I only take one at night and I sleep great!

The customer service is terrible.

I recently purchased multiple supplements from this company in late November. It is 31 December and I still have not received the item.

I have been dealing with horrific customer service that really lets down the business. Kiki is the main culprit.

They have made myriad errors, and then do not acknowledge them, nor do they offer assistance in resolving the issues.

It is worth noting that the Google Reviews for this company are available at Neurohacker Collective, which was their previous name... they have a lot of negative reviews there regarding similar things.

EDIT: Based on their false reply. They sent an incorrect document to Australia's borderforce which caused them to quarantine the item. I asked them to provide a corrected and accurate invoice which they didn't do. So there has been upwards of 30 emails regarding this issue.

And still now, as of 6 January, there is no update.

I love the product Qualia Mind Decaffeinated, been taking it for a year now. I had a complaint about the new packaging, wrote to them, and received a quick and personal response. I felt heard and valued for my opinion. This is a good company to do business with.

The inside seal was completely broken (while the exterior plastic seal was intact) and when I contacted the company they were completely unconcerned. Very concerning (even though it was an older order, the product was certainly not expired and should never have been shipped like that - reminded me of those old Tylenol issues with tampered products)

My review is for Qualia magnesium and customer service. I rate a five because of their customer service and kind team members. After a few deliveries , I received a product that was damaged and they replaced it quickly. Although I haven't felt a big difference with my digestion and elimination, it has more types of magnesium than others so I plan on continuing taking them and monitoring results.

They have a great product and even better customer support. It was hard for me to figure out how to manage my subscription but they helped me with that right away. The magnesium is a great product.
