Have been setting up multi share class companies for clients for years using QCF. Must have set up around 20. Picked it on the website but it swapped the product to something else with only one class of share without clearly telling me. They eventually helped to sort it out but seemed to be blaming me for not noticing that the website glitched and the product changed. Should be much clearer message that agents can't buy this product then it should stop the purchase if you are an agent.

I like that they provide live chat for customer support. What I don't like that they providing registration address, business address and service address and they all the same non of these will give you proof of address so you can use it for banking services. So you need to buy new address for this matter and they also do not provide that option so you need to purchase it from other providers

I would like to keep my original feedback as it reflects my initial experience, but I also want to share an important update. Please read carefully.

After my review, their team reached out and made a genuine effort to help resolve my issue. They actively communicated with the banking service provider on my behalf and tried multiple approaches to find a solution. Although the issue could not ultimately be resolved, they handled the situation professionally and responsibly by offering and actually completing a full refund without terminating the services, so I now still have the service while also having received my money back.

I truly appreciate their support, transparency, and willingness to take responsibility. This level of customer care shows that they are a trustworthy and professional company that values their clients.

Based on this experience, I can confidently recommend them to others.
