Just arrived at the cottage we booked after a 7 hour drive to find there is no running water. Tried calling the mobile number for the owner which goes to an answering machine, left a message with no reply, tried calling the quality cottages helpline, again no response. Now sat deciding if we should wait, with no washing facilities or flushing toilets, or to just drive 7 hours back home and write the whole thing off. Hopefully someoone will see this review and get in touch with us soon, though I'm not expecting much. Definitely book with another company.

Update : do not, under any circumstances book with quality cottages. We have had no water for 2 days and on attempting to complain they are denying even taking the booking, despite us being in the property and providing our address and payment details.

Very disappointed with 'villa' near Neyland. Property had damp walls clearly visible and extremely musty. '3rd' top bedroom not fit for purpose very dangerous. Not properly cleaned, hairs in sink, carpets dirty, showers poor. Overpriced. Other property on site much better but still dirty. Leisure very good.

Our fifth visit in ten years! Had a lovely time again, location superb and cottage very good and comfortable. Aberdaron has something special about it, hard to define but wonderful.
One problem, the mattresses are the type that increase body heat so, at times, not very comfortable.

Wonderful stay at Y Stabal . Everything was clean , tidy and comfortable. Enjoyed the farm and watching the animals.

We had a wonderful stay Hendy Plas Marian. 8 of us stayed there for 3 nights over Easter, house was beautiful and clean. Nice quiet location but a fairly short drive to lovely beaches etc. would definitely recommend, especially for a larger group.

Harbourside cottage at Fishguard.
This is a beautiful cottage, very clean and comfortable with magnificent view of the harbour. The cottage as everything you would need, plenty of books and games for all ages. You can park your car outside the door. The back garden is up around 10 steep steps with a table and 6 chairs and is not really overlooked by anyone. The bedrooms are of good size and quality bedding each one has a hair dryer in a drawer and a cot if needed. Lovely kitchen with a double oven ,dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and downstairs toilet .. two bathrooms upstairs. Large settee with tv and a comfy snug. We would definitely come back again if only for the lovely red and white wine left for us .

We had a wonderful holiday whilst staying at The Dairy in Marloes.
The house was everything we wanted with wonderful views from the sunroom. The perfect place to stay in a beautiful location.

Very well presented property which can comfortably accommodate 2 families with all the comforts of home.Thank you for a wonderful week’s holiday.

We stayed at Ty Mor, Manorbier last week. Simply perfect! Great location a short walk from the castle, beach and village shop. Immaculately clean with lovely furnishings and facilities. Access to the drive is quite narrow and would be impossible with a big 4x4 (we have a small 4x4 - Volvo XC 40 and just squeezed into the gateway. Overall we loved it and definitely want to come back!

Robust practical interior, in need of some TLC. However, a really good shower, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Great location for the coast. Unfortunately the swing, slide and trampoline were non existent!

Was looking for a short break near beach with my dog. Easy to find and all information was there. So esy to book took minutes.

Shore Cottage is a beautiful spacious modern cottage with the best views and a super hot tub.
Everything in the cottage worked and was of the highest standard - cottage was clean and welcoming touches - flowers, milk in the fridge
Conversations with the office were efficient and booking was easy on line
I was unable to get insurance though which was a worry as Covid is still around

A really relaxing holiday at Ty Fferm, Solva. We had to re-scheule our holiday due to illness last year and re-booking was made very easy. Ty Fferm was a super homely place to stay, spotless and the owners were very welcoming. Would certainly recommend Ty Fferm and Quality Cottages to friends and relatives.

You have to select 8 days on the diary, which is nit so good, but the booking form is good in general and they have great properties!

Searched the site for dog friendly cottages and found one we were interested in but it stated would accept 1 less dog than we have. Phoned the team to ask if there was any chance an extra dog would be accepted. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and took some details. She got the agreement of the owners to take an extra dog and emailed me back very quickly. This enabled me to book within 4 hours of finding the property online. Great service thanks.

I can make it a very long story, but is is simply the best and most beautiful cottage I have ever rented. And I have travelled the whole world for my work. And oh yes, definitely not to forget the breathtaking views from cottage over the bay. Great place!
