I've been using this local business for many years. I am grateful for their knowledge. I think door hardware is an item that you have to touch and feel in your hand. Also, it is good to see the product in person so you can make sure the proportions are right. These are all things that are very hard to do when purchasing through the internet.

I've been in the Locksmithing Industry for 27 years. In my first few years, I used assorted other door companies. When I discovered Quality Door in the 90's, I stopped using any other door company. Over the years I have purchased MANY doors and other hardware from them. My experiences have never been anything short of FANTASTIC.

On one occasion, I ordered a custom-sized door. I measured wrong and the door didn't fit. Even though it was custom-sized, they took it back and gave me a replacement (with the correct measurements), without any hassle.

The owners are so friendly - always willing to help out, and answer questions... wish I had as good a vibe from ALL my suppliers!
