Pre-existing 3 year old wiring used for new install

The engineer (on behalf of BT) visited my property and moved our router from one location to another. The engineer didn't use new wiring, instead he used wiring which pre-existed 3 years ago, and was imbedded in our paint work!! I was required to contact BT to advise of poor service as WIFI was disconnecting intermittently since the QUBE engineer visit.

I have a fault with my BT Halo


I have a fault with my BT Halo broadband since 20 March, my BT modem is showing a red light and I have no Broadband the Qube technician restarted the modem three times and still doesn't work and said the fault must be with Openreach who said there's no problem with their equipment so neither side is accepting responsibility

Qube engineer was a waste of time

I agree completely with the review left by “Customer service is easy”. Qube engineer was incompetent. He restarted my router and left. Because he was not a BT employee he could not access any information about my BT account or carry out any of the work I expected under the terms of my Halo 700 contract ie to optimise WiFi set up in the house. His visit was a complete waste of time - he told me that he had learnt how the router worked from YouTube videos.

BT use Qubegb - don't bother

BT outsource their BT Home Tech service to Qubegb. My best advice if it's suggested that someone from Qubegb attends then say don't bother. 'Engineer' was rude and couldn't wait to leave. All he was interested in was what the speed was to the house. The all idea of Home Tech is to set up the house the best way to get the best from WiFi. He changed one setting on my router then left. He wasn't interested in anything like hybrid connect or the WiFi extenders. Put simply the 5 mins he was in my house was a complete waste of time and the setting he changed causes me more hassle. I'm tech savvy, just a pity this engineer wasn't. If I wanted to know the speed to my house then I would insist on an Openreach engineer not a so called expert who's job it is to set up your house setup the best way. Why BT would damage their reputation by using this company is a mystery. So if a BT Home Tech is on the cards ask first will it be from this company, if it is then really don't bother.

STRESSED AT 86

I HAVE HAD A VERY LARGE BILL FROM A2 DOMINION WHO USE QUBE MANAGEMENT . IT IS AN EXCESS CHARGE FOR SERVICE FOR MY AFFORDABLE HOUSING FLAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE FIGURES AND REASONS EITHER AND AT 86 YEARS OLD AM FEELING VERY STRESSED. I HAVE TRIED TO MESSAGE THE OWNER OF QUBE TO SEEK HELP FOR MY SELF AND THE OTHER TENANTS BUT I CANNOT CONTACT HIM JEAN BARKER

Qube engineer couldn't be bothered to find parking

Engineer rang me about parking at my property on Saturday 29th June - I informed him that I dont have a permit but I said I would check with our reception/Concierge. He said not to worry and he would find something closeby. Half an hour later he didn't turn up, and I received a text from BT about having to reschedule. I found out the engineer is a Qube engineer. Today Openreach engineer fixed my issue. I've never heard of anyone that calls up for parking and then doesn't go through with their appointment. It doesn't make sense?!

Abusive

I am a BT customer and had a qube engineer today who was absolutely disgusting, as soon as he entered my property he was rude, abusive and no respect towards us, I don’t think anyone should face this and felt scared and didnt really feel safe around him. Shameful act and I blame qube to hire and send such people to the customers

Rude

Rude. Arrogant. I wont come and fix the fault as I cant park outside your house for free. It costs 50p. He is not allowed he says. Another great fob off and from BT who just get worse and worse.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company at all costs. I used to work for them. When I left they charged me a whopping £1000+ charges for equipment what was left in my van whilst it was getting repaired. Enterprises came back to use and informed its manufacturing default and will not be given to me. QubeGB was aware that enterprise through all the equipment out of this van and put it in bin bags and couldn’t find where it went. Now I currently have a CCJ on my name because of the incompetence of this shambles of a company!

B.T. and their subcontractors poor service

I have now had four engineer visits and still not sorted each engineer tells me something different. Two could not leave quick enough and set my stations up for wrong area and spent one and half hours on phone for guide to rectify.one was very rude and I reported him.low and behold I was going to be charged for one visit even though it’s included in my package. I applied in august and it’s still not correct.to call them Experts is an insult.

BT - Very poor service

[Ist engineer had already visited confirmed no internal fault & was very polite confirmed his identity and wore over shoes.]
Now many hours of my time lost and not the stay fast I am paying for!

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, engineer booked (again) took time off work (again).
Jason didn’t bother to turn up and lied about contact and such on the notes.
Totally shocking service, please do not entertain this company

Yesterday QubeGB engineer was due


Yesterday QubeGB engineer was due repair my internet, however he couldn’t contact me directly so he cancelled the appointment because he thought I wasn’t home. However of course I was home waiting for him the very reason he couldn’t contact me was the reason QubeGB was asked to resolve initially I have a fault on the line and no internet Wi-Fi connection. I have no mobile signal in the area I live, therefore I depend on the Wi-Fi connection. So consequently of course he can’t contact directly when the Wi-Fi isn’t working. I am very upset and disappointed.

Excellent Service

Your Engineer, Greg, was amazing. He rapidly sorted our problems out extremely efficiently and showed that he was an expert and on top of his job. He arrived on time, had a cheerful manner and respected our property. We can't thank him enough and think he is an excellent representative of Qubegb. Thank you Greg, amazing!

5 appointments and not one shows

So far I have had 5 appointments booked with Qube and not one have shown up.
I have received confirmations for all appointments so I know they have been booked. Two have sent texts to say then engineer is no longer coming and the rest haven’t shown up. Today I even called BT confirm it was still all on for the engineer to arrive, they called Qube to check who said and engineer was allocated. Guess what, engineer number 5 no show.

This company are quite frankly the worst I have ever dealt with in terms of reliability.
