Do not buy from this brand - they do not send you the item described (poor quality imitation of listed item) and you have to return to China at your own expense before they agree to a refund - I doubt they would then issue the refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dress arrived absolutely nothing like pictured on the website. Emailed their customer service and was advised I would have to cover the cost of shipping for return which was fine. However they then gave me a fake return address, and then kept telling me it was right when I sent them evidence that it wasn’t. It’s a uk website, they had UK in their name, however everything is in China. Had I of known this when ordering I wouldn’t have bothered. They will not give me an alternative return address and without returning it, I can’t get my money back for the shocking excuse of a dress I received after paying £62 for what looked beautiful on the website.

Can’t even award 1 star. Shocking service. Do not buy!!! Waited weeks for dress to arrive. Finally came. Sizing wrong, dress nothing like the online photographs. Poor poor quality. Couldn’t return. They said I wasn’t within 7 days. I was. Repeatedly emailed them.

Literally the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Ordered a dress, didn’t turn up in the time period stated, sent them multiple emails complaining, had no response for 3 weeks until I said I was going through my bank for a refund and going to trading standards over it. Refused to cancel/refund my order because it was “against company policy” before it was eventually sent out to me, stating I could send it back when it got here for a full refund. Stay away!

Avoid this company at all costs!!! I ordered a jacket for a wedding, received it but too small. I stupidly ordered the size up which I still have not received! I emailed multiple times requesting a returns label with no reply so I just returned it to the address. They now have both jackets and I’m £130.00 down!!!!!

Do not order from this company. The delivery time was longer than they said and they made it impossible to return what was a very poor quality dress. a total waste of over £50
