I picked up some good professional skills that have boosted my visibility at the office. I feel more confident these days.

Charged me £49 four downloading 1 thing which I didn't even use. I didn't even know they were going to charge we till I checked again later and saw extremely small fine print

Cuidado. Estafa y engaño. Cobran dinero sin tener ningun abono. Hay que cancelar la tarjeta de crédito y denunciarle en la Guardia Civil.

Una estafa total. Me cobraron €22,50 y no recuerdo si quiera haberme apuntado. Tienen una cláusula de 14 días para desestimar y solicitándolo te devuelven el dinero. Me cobraron el día 10 y el 11, ayer mandé un correo. El correo electrónico para solicitar la devolución del dinero vuelve de vuelta, la dirección no existe. He googleado el número de teléfono y es el mismo para otra web de estafa muy similar: eu-sportclub
El número +312 032 33 138 pertenece a Chicago, EEUU.
He mandado fotos y he abierto una disputa con el banco por estafa.

This company used formjacking techniques to steal my credit card information and email address from a completely unrelated website.
It comes in the form of a pop up that if you click on it uses a deceptive one click checkout process to steal the information from your browser.
I clicked on it assuming it was from the other website I was browsing. Now I have to wait 5 days to use my credit card because I had to cancel it and will have to wait for a new one.
Shameful.

have never heard of them and have no learning needs. Fortunately, the 1st payment was rejected due to insufficient funds, and I was able to place a block.

I still felt compelled to email their support and tell them to rethink their scammy ways. It's hard enough out there without companies like this, taking hard-earned money for nothing.

I stumbled on this site while looking for quick eBooks, and the content was easy to read and helpful. Just be mindful of subscription prompts before clicking anything.

Like many people in the reviews, I got scammed by this company. They asked to verify a £0 payment to download extra cluedo notebooks, and only after I had verified this they told me I had signed up to a £49 (?!) a month subscription to their website. I didn't get any confirmation that the subscription had gone through and had a 24 hour trial period, and only heard from the company after they had taken £49 from my account. I am trying to get the money back but don't feel hopeful. Scammers

We are a family with busy schedules. So, the short format at Quick Learn X is perfect for us. The 20 to 30 minutes of reading perfectly fits our schedule. My kids are also loving the experience.

We have been using Quick Learn X for 2 months now and it has become a part of our family routine. The ebooks are really short and digestible. Even my 6 year old can finish them. There is always something interesting for everyone.

Quick Learn X works well for all types of readers. The interface is quite easy to use. There are books available on different topics all of which are quite relevant. The books are also designed in such a way that they impart knowledge without boring you.

Like many others, I was "tricked" into dealing with this company. On a site where I was downloading some software, and "identity confirmation transaction" for £0.00 was required, which apparently set up a subscription to these people without my knowledge. The email from them went straight to spam, so I never saw it. The first I knew about it was when my bank declined their payment and contacted me.
If you find yourself in a similar situation, here's what to do:
(1) Immediately contact your card issuer. Tell them that the payment was not authorised. They will advise that a "Continuous Payment Authority" has been set against the card. Tell them you wish to revoke this - reference "payment services regulations 2017 regulation 67" which covers the rules surrounding cancelling these payments via the bank. They are legally obliged to do so, though the process may take 1-2 days to complete. They will usually recommend leaving your card "blocked" for this period. I recommend you do so, as if you do not, any further payments claimed during that period will process through.
(2) Contact the company at "support AT juiceeworld DOT com" (email address cannot be entered directly on reviews, but that should be clear) and state your cancellation reasons - that you were misled into subscribing. They will likely try to tell you that any payments already claimed will not be refunded, as their terms state that this is the case. Do not accept this. Tell them that their CPA has been revoked (as above) and that if they do not refund / cancel the "current" payment, then you will arrange for it to be clawed back by the bank via the "chargeback" process so they won't get the money anyway. It's in their own interests to provide the refund, as chargebacks cost them more and lead to them being flagged by banks more often as "problematic merchants".
(3) IF you didn't catch it in time, as long as the payment came from a Visa / Mastercard credit card, tell your bank to initiate a chargeback under "Service Not As Described". Effectively, they refund your money, and argue it out with QuicklearnX. If the charge was against a debit card, the process is similar, but under slightly different regulations and processes, though most banks will support it.

These people make their money by tricking people into subscribing and the payments that go through due to people not noticing or not effectively cancelling. Any payments that are allowed to go through not only impact you directly, but also encourage them to continue. Don't let them get away with it.

As a homeschooling parent, I’m always looking for quality learning resources. Quick Learn X turned out to be a great find. The ebooks are engaging and useful for both kids and adults.

Arnaqueurs ! J'ai fait un achat en ligne d'un bruitage pour une bande son et, en essayant d'y accéder, j'ai vu un gros bouton « TÉLÉCHARGER ». J'ai cru qu'il fallait cliquer dessus pour récupérer ma commande, mais on me demandait d'autoriser un paiement de 0,00 € pour y accéder.
