Everything was fake. I paid 1350 us dollars for nothing. Nothing was published or even sent to the journal.

And they sent official contract for me

And I sent the below email for them many times without response

Dear Quick Publishers Management,

This is my final notice regarding the unresolved issue of my manuscript submission and the payment of USD 900 made to your company. It has been more than 90 days without any publication progress or official communication from your side, despite my repeated attempts to contact you.

Your continued lack of response constitutes a serious breach of trust and contract. Therefore, I am formally demanding that you:
1. Immediately provide proof that my research papers are under genuine review for publication in the agreed journals; OR
2. Issue a full refund of USD 900 to my account within 7 calendar days of receiving this notice.

Failure to comply will leave me with no choice but to initiate the following actions without further warning:
• Filing a formal complaint with international academic publishing watchdogs and consumer protection authorities.
• Reporting your company to legal authorities in my jurisdiction and in the United States.
• Sharing a detailed account of my experience with Trustpilot, LinkedIn, and academic forums to warn other researchers about your practices.

I strongly urge you to treat this as your final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably before legal escalation.

Extremely Disappointed – Unethical and Unprofessional Practices

We trusted this publishing house to handle the publication of our paper after they promised to publish it in a specified journal. They even sent us an “acceptance letter” allegedly signed by the journal’s editor-in-chief. However, after paying the requested fees, there has been no publication, no updates, and no response from their representatives despite our repeated attempts to contact them.

We will definitely contact the editor-in-chief directly to verify the authenticity of the acceptance letter. If it turns out to be fabricated or a scam, we will strongly urge the journal’s editorial board to take legal action against this company for misusing their name and deceiving authors.

We are extremely disappointed and strongly warn other researchers and academics to avoid dealing with this publishing house. Their practices are unethical, and they exploit authors who are working in good faith.

Despite a signed agreement and a clear promise to publish my paper in a specified journal, the company failed to deliver on its commitment. They took a payment upfront, but after that, the process was full of delays and broken communication.

🔴 Worse, they stopped responding to my messages entirely, showing a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
🔴 My work and time were disrespected, and no explanation or refund was offered.
I do not recommend working with this publication house unless you are prepared for missed deadlines, poor communication, and potential financial loss. Researchers deserve transparency, respect, and ethical service.
