NOT RELIABLE - CHEATERS
I tried to sell my iPad Pro with the price of Rs 50000. I signed up and chose Rs 199 plan for creating ad. After creating the ad, I received a call from a person saying that if you pay Rs 2000 your ad will be visible to the entire city and pan-india. Although it was not mentioned about such plans / packages on website, I agreed to pay hoping to reach a wider audience and paid. Then I received another call from the manager saying that although you would be selling but we will deduct Rs 11000 (GST + Delivery) from your amount. If I pay another Rs 3000, they will not charge GST and delivery will be taken care by them. I was shell shocked. They should have mentioned this before I paid initial amount. I asked them if I can cancel the initial amount and they said it is not possible. I was forced to pay another 3000 just to make up for the initial loss. (Note: GST is a govt mandate and I am not sure how they will bypass that with the extra 3000). And also I am not sure if the initial 199 that I paid will be any worth after I paid 5000. Finally they said they will charge convenience fee of Rs 700 once the item is sold. I had a very bad experience with them and I finally I feel like I have been cheated in and out.

With respect to order id 416827 for deep home cleaning. They assured me that 3 people will come to do cleaning. Although 3 people came bt one of them suddenly fell sick and denied to do work. Other 2 had many queries in mind with respect to cleaning as they were not given accurate and clear information. On resolving other issues they denied to do service saying this is not 2 people job and we are not getting replacement of the sick person, so they left. In all this we as consumers suffered wasting our day and time. There are many online service providers who could have taken my job bt trusting quikr on this was not at all worth. I will truly not recommend to anyone.

i have posted an ad for sofa bed and they took my product and keeping me product from last 3 days and telling me buyed didnt take the product and since yesterday i called them 50 times atleast they scheduled it for today between 12-2 but after 2 again i called then they are telling not possible today to return the product.they are not returning my product from 3 days.(have the call logs/recording)

Bad experience, I have bought the package to sell my product..they were committing so many things till the time I have not made the payment..once the payment made, they have not called me back even for 3 days to get my product varified by their service team..however they told me that I would be getting an immediate call just after making the payment to schedule the time for product varification.. my money got totally waste , they are all cheaters sitting over there..no response on emails, on complains raised... Very bad experience...never recommend anyone to opt any paid services from Quikr...

People please don't use quikr. It provides fake references for the services. The service providers which it provides are not verified most of them are fake. I had contacted them for cook they gave details for home maid service agency. They came to my house took advance payment and told will send cook in one hour. But after that they dint send anyone and their phone was off. Tried contacting quikr for this issue but they are not bothered about customers complaint at all. Quikr is very unreliable. Please don't use it. Seems It must be taking good charges from fake agencies to publicize them.

Morevere they ask for proof in relation to there staff
The employee name is pratima kumari who ask me for proof and says that they have charged for portal listing and not for leads.

WORST SCAM EVER! BE AWARE FOR THIS CHEATER!

THERE SELLING A COMPLETE TRASH MOBILE AS '"EXCELLENT CONDITIONS" IN REAL THE DEVICE HAS MULTIPLE MAJOR CRACKS, SCRATCHES AND EVEN A BIG GAP IN THE WHOLE UNIT! BATTERIE IS NOT EVEN CHARGING PROPERLY!

"SUPORT" IS HORRIBLE AND COMPLET USLESS!
THERE ASK ME HUNDRED TIMES TO SEND DOZENT OF COPY´S, PICTURE´S WHAT SO EVER. I SEND THEM HUNDRET MAILS WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN A DOZENT WAYS AND FILLS AND THERE NOT EVEN TAKE A LOOK AT! I SPEND SO MANY HOURS SENDING THEM EMAILS AND CALLING THEM. NEVER I SAW SUCH A AWKWARD INCOMPETENT CUSTUMER SERVICE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!
I EVEN DISCUSSED A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH THE INCAPABLE SUPERVISOR, COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY. THERE NOT REPLACING THERE NOT REFUNDING. THERE JUST TALKING AND WRITING BULSHIT. NO SOLUTION AT ALL EVEN AFTER MONTHS!

When I posted my ad,their executive called and asked me to pay some amount to publish my ad or he said he would not post.He also said ,product will be taken but money wil be given only if customer buys. I don't know what makes him think ,that any fool wil listen to him and pay him with product. The way he spoke was like giving lecture,mannerless idiots.Top of it they asked me to high my quoted price and asked commissions from that too!!

Don't buy any products from Quikr Jobs. Worst. No experienced candidates was found. 550 for GOld + 250 for Mobile Number in Job Title + 1099 for 200 candidate profile is a waste of mony.Frustated

please do not order quikr certified phones . they are fake I paid money them online via debit card . they do not delivered my mobile and not return my money

then I call their executive they said me to call their delivery partner . they do not pick my phone after 10 days I call again they said we already delivered you. but I can't recieve

so please please friends do not order quikr certified phones they are fake .

Fake Company with Fake Promise.Took a Premium Membership in Quikr The Key Account Manager Rahul Jain,promise me with that i will get 3 Leads Daily. Got only 3 Leads in 2 Months and Now Mr Rahul is not Picking up the phone

They are cheaters,bought a refurbished mobile and it was fake and faulty,though they claim a warranty of 6 months while buying but they would shamelessly refuse any such thing once you buy the product.
Total Fraudsters.

Not happy with your company services, your company take 1000 payment for premium ads and not make it premium ads, Very Very disappointment, Quikr Team and Management and company worst service and fake commitment guy. Company work like politician fake commitment and after receiving payment they forgot all their commitment.

They do not authenticate the sellers product description.

they just want the deal to be done to claim their 10-20% fees from both sides

customer service, gets offensive when you ask them to point out where on the site the disclaimer is mentioned that they cannot return the product. where in fact it shows a 7 day return policy

Never buy here. had a slightly better experience with olx.

Better to go check on the product with pictures from multiple angles before considering a  purchase here

I had made full online payment of rs 10400 on 15 may 2016 at 0755 h by credit card for purchase of fitbit surge large watch advertised on quikr website and app (Ad id 263131787). Due to unresolved differences in the manner of levying charges and terms and conditions over a series of communications, i cancelled the transaction on 15 may 2016 at 1911 h. A confirmation mail of cancellation from quikr was received on 17 may 16 at 1041h against ticket no 4634064657 of initiating refund and transferring full amount in next 7 days to my account. However, till date after repeated correspondence through mail and telesupport, refund has not been initiated and telesupport reps are unable to provide a reply.
