I have tried to buy two products and my account gets closed and items canceled for no reason at all. They tell me I haven't paid a bill in the past, which is not true in any way. Everything I have purchased from them has been paid for. I can't believe the crooked ways that this company works. I have asked for proof that I haven't paid my bills and they give me a line of BS. So disappointed with them its unbelievable. I hope everyone that reads this closes their account and never buys from QVC again. I hate being punished for something I didn't do.

Just bought a hp Labtop and they said it will come with so much software where and the labtop at no software on it all it as is the windows 11 that's it

We have been loyal customers since the very start and have purchased everything from QVC and they were very good years ago, but can't say that recently as if you send something back I was told and you feel its faulty and not working correctly for you as in facial cream products, was told today you have to pay postage for it to go back to them. As it is their postage to send orders to us as customers £3.95 or more per package has gone up through the years and their prices up too.
Today I had a customer service staff member arguing that something I sent back that caused some spots on my face like a rash was awful I had to pay the postage.
Being loyal customers we were told we had to pay the postage to send back. What's going on? this has never been the case. It was obviously faulty as far as I'm concerned but had a customer service arguing with me for ages on the phone that it wasn't faulty . We feel awful having trusted them and purchased so much from them I felt very bullied and distressed. The customer is usually right but they would not accept this and not refund our postage my husband paid to send it back and waited 2 weeks for our refund which they didn't want to do despite they had it back nearly two weeks ago.
We are both elderly and had no strength left to argue anymore as recently suffering can certainly and treatment.
We truly feel bullied. It was always lovely shopping with QVC but it doesn't seem to be anymore.
we always trusted them but will think again about ordering too much. Very disappointing

I am absolutely livid! I purchased a Ninja pizza oven from QVC and when we tried to use it for the first time it didnt work so i arranged for it to be collected. It was collected by Evri on 17/07 but he logged it as not collected. I even offered to help him to the van with it, he declined and now i know why. He took a picture of my house and said there was nothing to collect! What a liar. Now QVC are saying that he didnt collect it because he has sent them a bogus picture - outrageous, what exactly does a picture of a house prove???? Never will i shop with QVC again. Sophie at customer services is absolutely disgusting the way she treats customers!
Update: I asked my neighbours to check their ring doorbell and there is a recording of him putting the oven in his van then coming back to take the bogus photo, gonna lose his job now - good! Also thanks QVC i'm now cancelling the order!

I had sent back some items a few months ago. I contacted QVC, the person that I talked to confirmed that they had received the returned items. I received an email about those items, my money had been refunded. I thought everything was taken care of. This month July, checking my account with QVC they had started taking out payments of the items I had returned. I put the items in one box,I have been talking with QVC about this situation. I have talked to, two supervisor s. I didn't keep the receipt from the post office, simply because they told they received those items. I have been a customer for several years and I have spent a sizeable amount of money at QVC over the years. After this experience,I could not recommend for any one to shop at QVC. Their customer service has really changed, and not for the best.

The Q in QVC used to stand for quality and unfortunately this seems to be dropping somewhat. I have been a customer for many years, although now do not buy so much from them. However earlier this year I bought a pair of Denim & Co trousers, first time purchase from this company, found they were a good fit and really looked good - but I did not wear them until recently. Within 4 hours I had pluck marks and rough patches, now going into holes. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and expected cotton trousers to last much longer than this!. I've never had this problem before - sadly out of time to send them back - but it has made me sure I won't buy anything from this brand again and am having doubts about whether I can trust QVC products any more either.

I have now upgraded my review of QVC. After expressing my disappointment in the trousers and saying I knew I was outside the period to be able to return, they have asked me to return them and have said I can have a refund as the item is obviously faulty. Obviously I am very pleased and my faith has been restored!

I purchased an on-sale anklet that then turned my skin green after only a short time wearing. I wrote a simple review that didn't break any of their rules and they censored and then deleted my review. I no longer believe their reviews and am closing my account.

I just tried ordering a couple of items over the phone. The person taking my order could not understand me and I could barely understand him. I finally gave up after nearly 15 minutes. QVC needs to hire people who can understand and speak English.

I ordered a Shark Wandvac on QVC three weeks ago. Evri lost it. I had to reorder in a different colour because the original sold out while Evri was losing it.

The replacement has been stuck at my local Evri depot for four days without being delivered. Even if QVC's deadline of Monday 28th July is met, that's still six days sitting at a depot 15 minutes from my address. After three weeks, I've asked QVC to contact Evri's operations team and arrange either a guaranteed delivery or a replacement via a different courier.

Instead, QVC:
- Sent me a generic email saying they'd follow up by 3rd August (nine days away)
- Claimed the parcel was "being prepared for dispatch" when it had been at the depot for three days already
- Told me to accept their 3-5 working day timeframe and wait until 28th July

QVC's response to a clear failure by their courier partner was to ask me to wait longer. They didn't contact Evri's operations team. They didn't offer a solution. They didn't acknowledge that their own delivery timeframe had already been broken.

When your courier partner fails, it's your responsibility to fix it. QVC chose to do nothing. After three weeks, I'm still waiting. The replacement has now sat untouched at a local depot for six days.

Do not expect QVC customer service to help you if their courier fails. They'll just ask you to wait longer.

If you purchase something YOU WILL get bombarded with 100's if not 1000's of emails.
You cannot unsubscribe as its says there is an error, so I have called them several times and it still happens.
I purchased several years ago and its still goes on and on and on. I wish I had never come across this company. By far the worst I have dealt with and all to save £5 againt the price of Argos. NEVER AGAIN, ITS JUST NOT WORTH IT. Update 31st July 2026 called and spoke to Mike about the hundreds of emails im receiving and was told a member of the CEO team will call me about my issues and its now been over 3 days and nothing. What a incompetent company.

I am missing a parcel and the communication I’ve received is nothing. I am really disappointed with the communication I’ve not received. I’ve had to ring Customer Service 4 times to ask where my parcel is and each time I’ve been given a different answer.

They sold me a refurbished 2020Mac Air advertised as “new” for 1100.00. It came with a dysfunctional battery, so I returned it paying 89.00 to have it insured and returned. They refused to accept it, and sent it back. After hours on the phone with customer service, where the exasperated supervisor finally took my call unsuccessfully tried to blame me, the Apple Store where they confirmed the machine was worth 250.00, and UPS. What a nightmare. Never again. I hope this company folds, and soon.

Not sure what's going on with QVC lately, but their product information and descriptions have become very poor. Sizes are missing on clothing, colours on cosmetics and weight/fragrances on skincare products. This is very frustrating when looking to purchase goods, especially when there's no video presentation available either.

$69.98 for 3lbs. Corky BB ribs? Please........ I can get 3 racks of meaty babyback ribs for $35 at Aldi depending on the rack size. That's where I'll get mine. QVC you prices are unaffordably ridiculous for food.

What is happening to some of these hosts one for instance Amy stran all she does is laugh through all her segments, which is getting to be extremely annoying. Can she tone it down a little?

Well been with them over 15years not sure any more called bec it used to tell you if were true to size not any more read about 10reicews with every body complaining. On size being large spoke to service on phone and to be honest the guy said never had any one mention size but yet your people have replied back to shoppers. Well this is not true don’t they want to get info from shoppers maybe that’s why follks are leaving disaponted

After my order was placed and went through I received a message two days later that my order was cancelled. No reason. No explanation.

QVC should be ashamed! They charge you $3.50 to ship you a clothing item that weighs nothing, then $6.95 to return it to them when it doesn't fit!!! Over $10.00 thrown out the window. I have no idea how they stay in business, but it's clear why they are not BBB rated, they would fail miserably. I'll never purchase another item from them.
