Dem habe ich nicht zugestimmt!
Wir sind doch nicht im rechtsfreien Raum oder ?

Dringend abzuraten, nachdem ich eigentlich nur ein Bild in ein JPG konvertieren wollte und die Zahlung dafür eingegangen ist, wollte ich das Dokument herunterladen. Daraufhin trat aber nur ein „System Error“ auf und ich zahlte den Betrag ohne Gegenleistung.

Glücklicherweise bemerkte ich, dass die vermeintlich einmalige Zahlung, zu einem Abo gefühlt hat, welchem ich weder bewusst zugestimmt habe, noch eine E-Mail oder Information erhielt.

Enttäuschender Weise wiedermal ein Unternehmen, dass darauf aus ist vermeintliche Kunden auszunutzen.
Nicht zu empfehlen!

Es ist ein Betrug.
Ich wundere mich über diese kriminelle Energie. Wäre die Zeit und Mühe der Betrüger in legale Arbeit investiert, würde es wahrscheinlich auch zum Erfolg führen. So sind manche menschen halt...

When you agree to the €0.10 payment, an additional €49.90 is charged. The company refuses to cooperate with refunds. Cancelling, however, appears to be easy.

Trovo scorretto e non chiaro il modo in cui si sottoscrive un abbonamento.

They charged me EUR 49.9 without even getting subscribed. I paid only EUR 0.10 to transform a photo but they cancelled 0.10 transaction and turned into a subscription one day later.
Stay away from this site and do not use your apple pay.

Ich bin auch in die Falle getappt. Nun versuche ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Die wollen mir die Hälfte erstatten. Nein ich möchte den ganzen Betrag zurück. Das ist wirklich nicht zu fassen. 10 ct gezahlt zum umwandeln eines Fotos und dann am nächsten Tag 49.90 Euro abgebucht.

Be cautious and avoid purchasing a single photo from the website, as they will automatically charge you a 49 euro subscription without your consent. If you find this charge, promptly contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Banks are experienced in dealing with such scammers and will help you in getting your money back. It's truly disgraceful. Also, I contacted the company, they initially refused a refund, then offered a partial refund which I declined. Eventually, they issued a full refund. So, if you encounter such a scam, insist on a full refund and if not successful, work with your bank to recover your funds.

Das ist Betrug!! Man lässt ein Foto korrigieren für 0,10 €. Drei Tage später werden 49,90 € abgebucht, weil man ein Abo abgeschlossen hat. Wenn man noch einmal auf die Webseite geht runterscrollt, sieht man, dass es ein 1-Tages-Abo ist, das gekündigt werden muss, sonst wird es in ein Monats-Abo automatisch umgewandelt!

Paghi 10 cent. per una foto poi senza che te ne accorgi sottoscrivi un abbonamento è ti addebitano 50 euro. Nessuna mail di avviso. Sito ingannevole
Però posso aggiungere che se contestualmente inviate una mail al loro supporto vi rimborsano

I paid €0.10 for a single photo preview, which didn't even work properly. Without any transparent warning, clear consent, or authorization, they automatically signed me up for a monthly PRO subscription and illegally charged €49.90 from my card. Customer support refuses to refund the money. Stay away from this fraudulent website! I am solving this via a bank chargeback.
