Great service from start to end. Everything was done very professionally and the workmen were pleasant to have at our house. Our new panels are working very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Radiance Renewable Energy Systems.

Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions provided satisfactory service for our solar installation. Stuart and Jonny guided us through the process, offering clear information and responsive communication. The workforce was polite and efficient, though there were minor challenges during fitting. The system is running, and we’re seeing some savings. Overall, a decent experience but room for improvement.

From start to finish the all experience was first class. From deciding what our requirements were till the end commissioning of the system. All steps were explained including alternative's nothing was forced on us. The lads installing the system were very polite and curtious nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering solar.

The response time to my initial enquiry was amazing considering my previous experiences with other contractors in this area. The whole process from quotation to ordering and through to installation was smooth and rapid with great communication from both Jonny and Stuart. Quality of the workmanship in fitting the battery storage was excellent and I'm now reaping the benefits of the high quality brand of battery and inverter they offer at very competitive prices. Also installed was an EV charger which connects direct to Octopus intelligent Go giving me a superb electricity tarif, thanks again to the brand and quality of the kit supplied. Jonny made a prompt site visit after our enquiry regarding potentially installing solar power to our home. He gave us his best advice regarding what he thought would suit the size of our south facing roof with the ability to store power generated and to import at cheap rates when required. He designed a bespoke system to give us the best solar and battery storage system at a reasonable price. We also wanted to use a local company using local labour. Once the order was place and the necessary permission obtained to export power the installation was completed professionally and with minimal disruption to our home. Very satisfied and even excited to generate our own power and to use the storage battery to save on energy costs. We highly recommend Radiance and advise anyone comparing quotes to make sure they understand what is being offered particularly with battery storage and the capacity of the rectifier.

Radiance Renewable Energy Solutions have just installing a Solar Panel and Battery system on my bungalow. I've been very happy with all aspects of dealing with this company. It was only 3 months between first contacting them for a quotation to completion of the job. Its also been completed exactly as I requested and working exactly as I wanted it to. The initial quote had costed options that could be added if needed, including estimated pay back times and probable solar generation for my location. This made it possible for me to alter the initial quote and have the exact set up that best suited me. I've now got a set up that supplies me enough electric even on cloudy days and haven't had to buy from the grid since commissioning. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.
