Ordered a purse 13th of July
Not delivered yet.
Repeated attempts to contact them only got one "it is in the warehouse" response some weeks ago.
I suspect that I have seen the last of my money and will never see the purse.

So sad Radley are closing down, thier products are sucb good quality. They delivered my items quickly and due to it being a closing down sale the prices were very low. Radley closing down is another UK company vanishing from our high streets, just terrible.

Why is your Cheshire Oaks store shut and all locked up already at 20:40? On the store opening times and on the website also, it states the store closes at 9PM, no earlier?

I’ve just been standing around and two of your staff are just staring at a few customers outside of the shop. Some woman with glasses and blonde hair, then came and unlocked the door and let someone in, but just shut the door in my face and then re-locked the door!

Absolutely disgusting!

Further to my previous post 2 days ago the order I’ve referred to has two bags, one of which (Percy Grove CHERRYWOOD) has not been received as your own website states ‘we are preparing the item for shipping’
I believe you may be referring to order 14010324593 (Percy Grove MOUSE) which we have received
I would be grateful if you could clarify the actual position bearing in mind you do not take telephone calls or respond to emails

Order 221306-1003777 - Ordered three items 27th July, as of 14th Aug tracking still states "not shipped", no response to emails or Messenger, phone line down. Complete silence.

Extremely disappointing experience with Radley. I had 4 items missing from my order, and to make matters worse, I was charged 3 additional times on top of the original order.

Trying to get this resolved has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service has been terrible — I’ve received no response to my WhatsApp messages or my emails, despite repeatedly trying to contact them.

Mistakes can happen, but the complete lack of communication and support afterwards is unacceptable. I expected much better from Radley and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering until they improve their customer service and actually respond to customers when things go wrong.

My Order 14010318684. Was not delivered. I had an empty ripped open box left on my doorstep. The DPD delivery photo (timed 15mins before I returned) shows the damaged opened box so this occurred before delivery. Radley have ignored my WhatsApp messages/photos and emails. I did get an email about caring for my new bag to rub salt in the wound. I don’t have a new bag! Judging by other recent comments it doesn’t look like I will be getting a response

I realise there are some changes at Radley and that’s why they’re having a massive clearance sale. But I just wanted to leave a review that if you can get a hold of one of their bags they are always beautifully designed, I would say classic timeless designs that don’t date, excellent quality and at the moment - with the sale prices - they are also incredible value - so I would highly recommend. I hope to be able to continue to buy them perhaps via another website in the future. thank you to the team of designers, customer service, and operations that have provided such lovely handbags of which I bought many over the past recent years, including three over the past few months!

I ordered a bag more than a month ago, Order 14010294791, and still has not received it. The package has gone from UK to Netherlands and back to UK twice! I have written several emails to customer services but get NO reply whatsoever. Now, I want a refund!

Das Paket hing einige Tage im Zoll und ging dann zurück zum Absender. Radley hat angefragt, ob sie es nochmal schicken sollen. Dies habe ich bejaht. Daraufhin wurden die Taschenkosten ohne Versand erstattet. Beide Taschen sind nicht mehr lieferbar. Die Enttäuschung ist groß.

One of the products I had ordered has not been delivered and there been no update from the customer service team as well . Beware of purchasing any products online as your money will be taken but there will be no product delivered .

Brilliant very lovely and welcoming and lovely items

I love the quality of Radley bags.
However on this occasion the bag didn't live up to the Radley it was to replace.

Items and delivery as advertised. Items arrived in excellent condition.Lovely quality leather bags, with much appreciated use of zips despite the trend to exclude zips - a move that is putting cost savings ahead of safety of bag contents for customers.So sad to hear of Radley's closure.

I've been looking for a handbag for while so when I saw this Radley handbag, it was exactly what I wanted. It goes everywhere with me! Best purchase!

Beware of ordering anything from Radley. Their customer service contact point seems to be non existent. Probably due to closing down. Placed an order a week ago and no communication of dispatch. I need my order by the 7th August as I’m away on holiday for a week. My purchase was to use on my holiday. Iv emailed them twice no response, sent them a message on WhatsApp and messenger giving all details needed but not response even though it shows someone has read my message on messenger. Called the customer service number several times and a automated voice states there are no advisors available
