I am very pleased with the Sofa I purchased, the purchasing process was easy with the support of Bilguun who guided me through the process.It was delivered early and the quality is excellent.

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience! My mobility disabilities mean that I do a lot of internet shopping and I came across Raft website and was stunned at the furniture as it was so very different from the run of the mill retailers. The web-site is brilliant, showcasing all furniture items in various poses so you can see very clearly what you are buying. Elena was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, contacting me when she said she would (so many dont call back these days!) and giving me clear advice and support with their delivery Agents (Pinnacle). The guys delivering were brilliant too, very courteous, clean and respectful. Well done Team Raft I would certainly recommend your style, vision and brilliant service. Would definitely come back so dont change a thing! Thank you so very much!

From start to finish, my experience with Raft Furniture has been absolutely exceptional. I want to give a special mention to Elena, the manager, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was looked after throughout the entire process — something that meant a great deal to our family.

Elena was patient, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what my grandmother needed and made sure every detail was perfect. From start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with Eric and Amin at the Richmond store - have just received our sofa and couldn’t be happier with our choice - very comfortable in deed and was delivered as expected within 6 weeks

Ordered a custom made sofa back in April. Sofa was delivered in July, with incorrect fillings, deformed cushions and incorrect feet. When contacting customer services, I was told they were aware of the mistakes but they have hade the decision of delivering the sofa as was “so I wasnt left without a sofa” and that the correct cushions (with correct dimensions and material) were already in production. Fast forward to August, turns out the cushions were NOT in production and customer services had lied to avoid a complaint. Only part of the new cushions were delivered and not until the end of September. Foot stool cushion was forgotten and still missing (it has almost been 8 months since order placed). To add to their incompetence and poor quality of work, the feet of the sofa were installed with nails and scratched the whole of my wooden floor, damaging it badly. Raft is refusing to compensate for the floor replacements, insisting on a cheap repair work that will require sanding down the whole wooden floor (brand new) and colour matching it. Poor products, poor customer service, do not recommend.

Very happy with the level of service and also the personal but professional approach that I received on several occasions when ordering furniture.

Elena was especially great on every project and helped me through the whole process from ordering to buying to receiving the furniture.

The highlight of our experience at the Cricklewood store was the great customer service my husband and I received, Elena, Abasih (apologies if this is not the correct spelling) and Josh made the whole ordering experience effortless, Elena offered her knowledge base which was crucial to our decision making, this was was one of the main reasons we chose to to go back to the store, having purchased in the past, not only is furniture great, the staff make

We had a great instore experience, Bilguun and the Team at Westfield Shepherds Bush gave us great advice and talked us through our options we needed a slightly bespoke sofa because of space, I’ve had my eye on this sofa for some years and once delivered it did not disappoint so so happy with it, installation was fab followed up by a courtesy call to check all ok, just waiting for my cube coffee table to arrive which I am so excited for.

Hosna, the sales manager, took a great care of us from the beginning, with her help we have a great quality, beautiful sofa at home now

RAFT, look no further, classy incredible furniture and Tamara the interior designer was warm, professional and created some excellent designs that suited our house perfectly, we couldn't be happier with the four poster bed, Melrose sofa and the glass teak root table!

Customer service was excellent. I had a problem getting a sofa upstairs. As it said on their website, they can get any of their sofas up narrow and bendy stairs. And they really did.
I have now an amazing looking sofa in my livingroom and my whole family loves it.
This is an amazing company. Can highly recommend them.

We had a very bad experience at RAFT Furniture, at the store in Westfield Shepherd's Bush.
After buying furniture for almost 5,000 pounds, there was a misunderstanding caused by different information provided by 2 shop assistants regarding a possible discount.
When we came to finalize the purchase, the store manager Kamil was very rude with us and passive aggressive.
I have no idea of how a person like that has been promoted to store manager.
We decided that we won't buy anything at Raft ever again.
The furniture is ok, although there are some problems with the sofa.

The customer service received from Elena, store manager at Cricklewood was second to none. I found her friendly, welcoming and attentive and she went out of her way to help me find exactly what I wanted. Her polite manner and helpful attitude made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuinely excellent service and she made a truly positive impression.

Go to another company, the services is not representative of the costs.
We were miss sold our furniture and the pricing was very underhand.

Firstly, we had a pleasant visit to the St Albans store. It was a nice environment and people seemed friendly.

However, when we came to order, the service was not clear or helpful. The pricing was not discussed with us, we were not given clear options of fabric or told the costs of the fabric choices.

We asked the store to draw a floor plan to confirm what furniture would fit. They never provided us with a copy of the drawing but confirmed a 2 and 4 seater would fit. We placed the order based on this recommendation however when we have visited our new home, the furniture we have ordered doesn’t fit. When we have raised concerns with Raft and they will not return our deposit despite this.

They have taken a long time to respond to our concerns, their alternative suggestions involve either spending a further £1000 or having a sofa which is not fit for the purpose we bought it for. I have lost all faith in them and if anything went wrong in the future, I do not believe we would get any help.

I have emailed and called twice this week but with no answer or response.

Bilguun is incredibly lovely, knowledgeable and helpful and we’re super excited to receive our sofa in a few weeks time!

On our first visit to the Westfield shop, we were so impressed by his approach - relaxed but still attentive and very knowledgable when we had questions. Bilguun made the whole experience a joy, and as the first big purchase for our new place, he made us feel really comfortable and at ease. Thank you very much!

We had a fantastic experience with Raft. We visited the team in store at Westfield Shepherds Bush and they were all so helpful.

We were shopping with our two young children and the staff were so engaging with them so we were able to have a seamless shopping experience.

We ordered a gorgeous dining table that we love. The delivery process was very easy and quick too.

Can't recommend Raft Furniture enough!

We ordered the New York Sofa with Chaise from the Westfield White City store - they were so friendly, informative and didn't hesitate to answer all of our many questions.

Communication throughout was also excellent: they kept me informed all the way from the day I ordered to the day the sofa was delivered.

Delivery service was also excellent and prompt, and the sofa was perfectly!

I shall be shopping at Raft for all my future furniture needs!
