Hosna was extremely helpful and lovely. She assisted me in choosing the model of sofa I wanted and helped me narrow done a fabric I loved. She also kept me updated during the making and delivery phases.

Super helpful and so accommodating. Fell in love with the item I bought from Raft and the service has been phenomenal

Delivery was straightforward. Communication excellent. The table is just perfect!

I am blown away at the knowledge of the staff and the team working in the St Alban's branch. I was given excellent care and was listened to when opening up about my furniture and material requests. The outcome of the furniture when delivered was fantastic! The overall experience was safe and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Smart showroom and helpful showroom staff mask very poor service.

Ordered a bed with high headboard as per showroom example. When delivered, some 12 weeks later, the headboard appeared low. We blamed ourselves for not ordering correct specification.
We travelled 130 miles to visit the store, prepared to order another headboard at an additional £1,200. In conversation with the assistant and by accident we discovered our previous order had been for a 1.5m headboard but had a 1.2m delivered. Given the mistake we requested a headboard of a higher 1.8m be made, we were prepared to pay the additional cost. The availability of the specification was confirmed at least twice by email, then when the request was shared with the person dealing with our issue in the Customer service team, we were told this specification was not available and ‘we’ were asked to prove that this was offered to us by the store as it was impossible for Raft to do this internally!!
We shared the quotes… and were still told this was not available!!!!
Resigned to a 1.5m headboard, we orderd the replacement and were given a 4-6 week deliver time. 6 weeks is now up and upon checking when we should expect delivery, we have unashamedly and unapologetically, been told that the fabric for manufacture will be another 3 weeks!!!

To even get an apology in this process, we have had to ask for it.!!

Our experience with Raft to date has shown them to be unreliable,incompetent and unapologetic. Their standard of service has been abysmal to say the least .

AVOID Raft if you want to save your yourself from disappointment!

I bought a Madison couch and footstool. I was told the footstool would match the couch since there wasn't one in their WestField store. When the items arrived, the footstool had a shorter, square-base compared to the curved, taller base of the couch. The cushion on the footstool was also super firm and taller than the couch's cushions. The 2 items could not touch because the footstool's cushion was protruding so far over the footstool's base. I was expecting a matching set! I complained asking for the footstool to match the couch and Raft refused saying all their footstools come with a square-base irrespective of the couch's design! Nobody told me this! I was misled! Raft refuse to provide a refund! Terrible customer service.

Very friendly salesperson, offered a lot of information. Overall this is how a shopping experience should be.

We bought a set of 6 Clayborne Chairs. All 6 arrived damaged. Awful!

I have a sofa and several storage units from Raft. They sent the wrong shelves in my last order, but sorted it out promptly. I’m quite happy with the service from their delivery team.

Tony and the team at Raft St Albans have offered first class customer service for a number of different purchases we have made over the last 12 months. There is always a warm welcome in store with a drink and a chat and the guys are extremely knowledgeable about all the products and have great ideas about what works together. Will be back again soon!

I purchased my 2nd sofa in 5 years from RAFT . The experience before ordering in the Richmond store was very positive and informative .
Once ordered and recieved my 2nd sofa had cushions that I didn’t like the look of as they wrinkled badly . I contacted Kelly at customer service who was excellent and extremely helpful . Suggesting that I consider a different insert at no charge ! Then proceeded to order and arrange delivery . My new cushions look amazing we love the sofa !

Kamil was so helpful and extremely knowledgable about everything we asked. I’m an avid Raft fan (my home is feels like their showroom) and, after the closure of their Bristol store, feel delighted to have found one in Westfield, London.

Bought a very expensive sofa from them. Went into the store twice in Westfield Shepherds Bush to see it and give specific instructions. Kamil who works in the store got the order wrong and me and my wife now have to pay for his mistakes to rectify the situation.

We got a sofa here and we couldn’t be happier! We customised it and had a great customer service along the way. We keep coming back and will in the future!

The initial impressions were great. Helpful and accommodating customer service. It was after payment for a bed that it went awry. We waited 26 weeks - not the ‘8-10’ stated on the invoice. Then it arrives with no mattress. All the pictures online show a frame with a mattress, and the usual meaning of the word bed means something one can sleep in. Chat service said to ring customer services who weren’t available so I emailed and have heard nothing in 5 days.
