This was my experience when shopping at the Rainbow Health Food shop. I have proof of purchase. The shop management is rude and abrasive. This individual complains to Trustpilot, claiming my first review wasn’t genuine. My observation is that this woman is very controlling and doesn’t seem to give some of the young girls any autonomy. I encountered one young girl who was very enthusiastic in helping me with my purchases and giving me advice on the food products I was buying. I couldn’t help but notice the fear and uncomfortableness on this young girl’s face, as behind me, the manager was glaring. I was purchasing vegan butter vegan products for my visiting guest.
