Most horrible pair of boots i ordered list of major flaws
1. Not true to size ordered uk7 is very loose on all fronts
2. Sole feels like it's made of stone
3. Colour and finish are not what they should be.
Would not recommend anyone to buy them shear waste of 6500 INR.

Meant for walking!
In May 2025 I ordered a pair of brown Chelsea boots (Ford) from this company. The ordering experience was easy and straight forward. The boots arrived promptly and very well packaged. On wearing it for the first time there was a slight pinching of my left small toe (more likely due to my slightly bent toe); this disappeared over the next 2 weeks of use and they became quite comfortable. However, in the next month or so I noticed a slight puckering in the front of the left boot. In June and July, for my travels to the UK and Turkey, I took no other footwear and walked extensively in them. They were comfortable and sturdy. Again I took them to Australia this month and walked more than 30 KM in them. They remain comfortable and have not shown any sign of wear. The puckering remains but has not appeared anywhere else.
For anything but formal wear, these boots remain my favourite all purpose shoe. I have just ordered another pair in black.

I have received the black version and find it equally comfortable and well made.

Its a scammer

Fraudulent experience. They delivered a different shoe than what was advertised. They claim the product is exchangeable, but they don’t answer calls or respond to emails, untrustworthy. If you are thinking to buy anything from rapawalk, don't.

I was planning to buy a new pair of shoes for a family wedding and came across a website called Rapawalk. As a software developer myself, I appreciated the well-designed site. It looked promising, and I thought, “Why not support an Indian brand instead of going for Zara or some foreign label?”

So I placed an order.

I opted for Cash on Delivery, paid ₹300 upfront as the site demanded. That was two months ago. And guess what? The shoes never arrived.

I live in a well-connected city — there are no excuses for failed delivery. But apparently, Rapawalk uses some pathetic shipping company that couldn't even manage to deliver the package. I attended the wedding wearing shoes I had to purchase last-minute from Zara — ironic, right?

Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls. At first, I was told it would arrive “on time.” Then I was told it was delayed due to issues at the shipping warehouse. I waited patiently, even forgot about the order. Weeks later, I remembered and tried calling them again — they picked up after 50 attempts. I honestly don’t know if they have a support team or if the CEO himself answers the phone when he feels like it.

Their response? The order was returned to the source. And two months later, they still haven’t received it back, let alone issued my refund. I asked for my ₹300 back — they claimed it would be refunded within 24 hours. That was 15 days ago. Still no refund.

I’m beginning to believe they’re using the same lousy logistics partner to refund the money — maybe Shiprocket is handling their wallet too.

Let me be clear — it's not about the ₹300. It’s about the way Rapawalk has treated a paying customer. If your business model is to hold on to people’s money and deliver nothing, you won’t last. I run a company too, and I’d never let a customer go through what I just did. (I’m posting this using a different email ID.)

I’m left with no option but to file a consumer complaint. Not for the money — but to make sure you understand the value of customer trust, which you clearly don’t.

To anyone reading this — stick to established brands. Rapawalk may look appealing, but it’s built on a weak foundation, with zero accountability and no customer support.

Rapawalk, if you're serious about building a name, fix your operations. Or just rename yourselves to Scamwalk.

And yes, I have all the screenshots and email conversations. Ready to post them if needed.

I ordered a jacket recently but the size is a bit small. I have been trying to call customer service to either exchange or return the jacket but no one answers when called in the customer service number and in an off chance someone answers , all they say is “ I have taken note of your problem and i got you. I will resolve this matter “ and then never calls back . Will never order again

I've wasted my 2 months and ₹1500 for a set of leather gloves.

It's been 2 months, first they dispatched the product after 10 days then when i received the product it turns out that it was some other glove.

Now since 2 months they haven't sent me my return back.

multiple calls and multiple emails after, i have given up. I'll think of my money as lost rather than calling these pathetic people back.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their site.

The insole of the shoe has been leaving dye color on my socks and have totally destroyed them.

I have tried to contact them regarding this issue but they have not bothered to reply to me. I also commented on a post they made on their Instagram page but they deleted it .

They are misguiding people and trying to fool them by selling cheap and terrible quality product.

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.

Worst products and even worse service. I was stupid enough to order twice. Last order product is defective. No reply to multiple emails. Received a call from a concerned person from the design team who said he will investigate and come back. He hasnt yet for a week. Very poor experience. Dont buy from them.

It says the order will be shipped in 7 days. even after 20+ days, multiple calls and emails with customer support no update has been provided.

Its a fraud company. It has taken rs 3000 from me in June 2023 and not yet delivered the product. Its the worst company I have come across. Pls do not buy anything from rapawalk. We should complain to the police and shut it down. Regards Neelesh Sarda

Poor quality and fitting of the product. Delivery is made by tortoise, super late. Customer service is not appropriate.

Giving one star only because this is the lowest option. Honestly, they deserve negative 5 stars. I bought a pair of monkstrap shoes from Rapawalk last month. First of all, the date of delivery kept changing. When they finally arrived, the fit was not good. I wear Bata size 10 but these were too loose for me. So, not the best first impression. But the worst part was that one of the metal buckles broke, yes actually BROKE, after just two days of wear!!! This shows what poor quality materials are being used. I complained to the customer service and asked for a refund but they refused and want to send me a replacement. I do not want to use such poor quality footwear and plan to go to the consumer courts.

Terrible shoes. They age faster than a vegetable in sun and the stitching is horrible.

Delivery after 1month ,Misfit size , no refund policy and no English speaking customer care executive , they don’t revert on mail or call. Product photography and social media promotion is good but actual product and service is no where near what is shown . Inspite of new company I trusted them but now feel I’m duped

Online fraud company . I ordered UK-8 size which supposed to be 26cm whereas they delivered uk-8 (28.2cm). Color shown over website also different than actual. Now no replacement no refund. No customer care service too. I can't use the product. Plz don't place an order with this company.

This is a fraud company . I got a horrible looking shoe and am.neither able to return or get refund . Planning to file a complaint online for cyberfraud
