This product is not suitable at all for animals. I’ve got dogs
There is no way this could be used on a cat.
It is extremely noisy even on the so called soft button the lowest level
Then as you try to turn it off it rapidly goes up to the highest level which is even noisier Also the brush does not click on firmly at all so is liable to fall off. All in all complete waste of money. The only part of this product I can use is the power cable which they supplied…… to charge my wireless headphone which has nothing to do with the product. Very disappointed ☹️

This company uses a new brand, RarePet to replace MyPetLab brand which had too many negative reviews.
Here is what is wrong with this company and the product they are selling:
- They claim their product uses noise reduction technology. It is a false claim, the product is as noisy as a human electric brush. Their descaler is the most frightening experience you could give a non-sedated dog.
- They claim their product uses soft, gentle vibrations; this is false, the vibrations are neither soft, nor gentle.
- There is no cancellation policy stated on their website, Facebook, or Instagram accounts.
- There is no return address stated on their website, Facebook, or Instagram accounts; this happens to be an address in France. No full name and phone number for the recipient are provided, in effect denying the right to return the unopened product as this information is mandatory for Customs Declaration.
- The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer, irrespective of the situation.
- No contact information is provided, other than an email address where a certain "Tiffany" communicates with you. Any local email addresses (all .gmail accounts) are not monitored.
- The warranty they claim to give is false as there is no statement behind it, to describe it.
- They hide the fact that the product is shipped from China, by using a Locked box or PO box in the purchaser's country, given the impression they have a warehouse/presence in that country.
- They remove all negative reviews and comments from their website, Facebook and Instagram, so a prospective buyer never learns about the problems with their product until it is too late.

Report them to the authorities in your country; because they sell directly to you they are obliged to provide certain consumer guarantees which they DO NOT.

WARNING As with other reviews the product is unusable I only wish that I had read reviews before purchase. I requested a refund as the head just flys off the product has not been used as totally unusable . But they say because product has been open I can’t return for a refund but they are very wrongTell according to the consumer law. I have emailed them for several days now and told them I will take it further if they don’t issue a refund. The company policies should really be looked at and official action should be taken against them.

Awful product, doesn't work and the heads fall off, makes a huge noise.

If you look on trustpilot for mypetlab uk it's the same scammers who have closed that website and opened a new one. Wish i'd found out before buying from "Rarepet".

Don't get caught by this scam. The same scaler is sold on Temu for £7.99. My scaler arrived broken and they won't take it back which is contravention of Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013. Their promise of 14 day returns is lies. Rarepet changed name from mypetlab. Check the reviews.
