Rubbish Customer Service
We've bought dozens of Ravensburger jigsaw puzzles as they are good quality but recently a brand new puzzle had a piece missing. It's standard practice for jigsaw manufacturers to replace defective puzzles like this, and indeed we have had a replacement from another manufacturer, Otter House. We contacted Ravensburger who had us jumping through hoops to provide them with information, then they declined to help us because we had purchased the puzzle more than six month ago. Their customer service is just rubbish so we won't be buying any more of their puzzles and recommend Otter House instead. Their puzzles are just as well made, they provide good customer service, and the boxes take up much less space.
