Hemi was very professional and waxed my eyebrows into a neat shape. she finished my wax with a quick brow massage. she also applied soothing aloe vera gel afterthe waxing. 1st class service.

Sukh tinted my eyebrows beautifully
Sukh tinted my eyebrows beautifully. The result looks incredibly natural yet beautifully defined, completely framing my face. Her technique was quick, painless, and precise. I’m so happy with how they turned out and love that I don't have to fill them in every morning. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for perfect brows but am upset that she will be moving to Ealing!

2nd time I’ve had my brows done here…
2nd time I’ve had my brows done here 1st time she left half the hair there that needs taken away this time total wrong shape to my normal I’ve had to trim them my self I’ve done a better job at it they young girl was lovely tho shame my brows are not plz train ur staff how to shape and trim brows my brown are tattooed on so it’s not hard ive had to finish them off at home this was Newcastle Primark

I went for a facial and the therapist…
My wife went for a facial and the therapist was very poor in booking my appointment. Kept me in confusion about the time a lot. Finally when she started the job she put eye pads with some extreme harsh liquid leaving me with swelled eyes towards the end of the facial. My swelling and redness of the eye has stayed for 2 days. Finally when we complaint to the store manager we recd apologies for a poor treatment. My eyes are still not recovered from the liquid in pads and sore.

Great service as always! Indira is incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, and always does an amazing job. Without a doubt, it's the best place in London to get your eyebrows threaded—and it's so affordable too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

was seen almost straight away. good advice from team member
gave information about special offer buy 5 get6th free which I took up
she also explained about them moving to Asda in September and where to find the salon

Took my 8 year old to have her nails shaped and polished. The service was excellent, it was a lovely treat for her, a bargain £10, and her nails look amazing

Worst
Worst at Manchester city centre Primark. My eyebrow has no shape on one side. Got cuts all around my eyes. Never had this kind of experience.

Fast Eye Brow Service
Great Job.
Team at Tottenham Court Road were busy. My Beauty Therapist stayed later - just so that I did not have to be taken any later.
Loved my Eyebrows.
Easy to book an appointment online.

Very Disappointing Experience with Inthira
This was my second time having my eyebrows threaded by Inthira, and unfortunately both experiences were very disappointing.
On both occasions, she left a noticeable gap in my eyebrow. When I pointed it out, she refused to acknowledge it and instead blamed me, saying it was my fault. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting.
I also asked if the manager was available, but she simply replied, "Not here," without offering any further assistance or suggesting another way to resolve the issue.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. She didn't greet me or smile when I arrived, and after damaging my eyebrow, she was rude and dismissive rather than apologetic or willing to help.
Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. I would have appreciated an apology and a willingness to resolve the issue instead of being blamed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.
