The Sales Person, Mike, was very informative and helpful. Did not rush you into making a decision and provided various options.
I've bought many things from your store and never considered to go anywhere else. I do have to call to see if someone could come and fix a dresser I bought in 2019. Two drawers never close and they do not come out.

My service from ordering my item to customer service and delivery was excellent. Hillary Hess did a great job of checking up to make sure my dresser got delivered safely. The diverly person was very nice and polite. Thank you all for your great service.

Worse customer service

The salesman was great! He was very pleasant,patient & did not do a “hard sell” on anything.
The whole process was easy & stress free.

We were treated with great respect ... our questions were considered and answered thoroughly. The experience was excellent and we remain delighted with our purchases from Raymour and Flanagan.
Khory and Denis were exceptionally helpful to us.

Salesperson was excellent, knowelgaeble and very helpful. Great selections of item on sales floor to be able to view in person.

Hillary was very informative about the selection of recliners that were available. She listened to my list of wants and delivered with a great selection of recliners. She and Sabine made the experience flawless. The delivery personnel Michael and Jaquan were very professional and helpful as well.

I didn't like the guy helping me. He was not listening to me and not answering my question. I asked for a small seat he shows me a 5ft long bench. I found what I what at I want and his iPad wasn't working. I told him I live 30 miles away. I asked him if it's in inventory, when I could pick it up, and if there is something similar in inventory. He walked away for a few moments assuming he was getting another iPad and having my questions answered.

He came back referencing deliveries. I said, "I'm not paying $80 delivery for a $100 stool. I live 30 miles away. What about my questions?" He apologized for the misunderstanding and told me to come back Thursday to pick it up. I asked him about my other questions and he said, "It doesn't work like that. You can't come in and buy something. We need to prepare it."

1) I've bought things there several times leaving with the product in the same visit. 2) My questions weren't answered. I really felt like I wasn't being listened to. 3) Why do you need 5 days to prepare a $100 stool?.

I didn't want to keep repeating myself. I didn't want to argue. I just left and ordered the same stool online without fuss. I'm picking it up from the Central Ave location. Maybe this person is new and needs to be better trained. I don't think I asked a difficult question and why does he mean "it doesn't work like that here." Why did you need 5 days to prepare a stool I could put in my trunk and drive off with?

Michael gave us his undivided attention. He answered all our questions. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking for in a timely fashion.

I have worked with Alex for 10 years and he is always a pleasure.

Ever since 2003 we has bought furniture from this store because of the way we were treated -knowledge of the furniture business.

Excellent customer service

First time to Latham store. Was pleasantly impressed. Mike Matthews was very helpful and accommodating. Will recommend this particular store to family and friends.

Drew knowledge and down to earth compassion.

Bought an electric recliner at a very reasonable price.
Hillary walked us through several chairs and options.
She also jumped on our change to the original order.
Delivery was on time, quick and professionally done.

We ended up canceling our order. They did not have the mattress in stock. On the website it says next day delivery. 3 days later we kept getting texts that said, "At this time of this order being placed this was past the cutoff time to be available for the next day delivery and needs to be rescheduled."
When we called Raymour and Flanigan we were told the warehouse is a 3-day delivery away from our location.
Lesson learned. We will never do business with Raymour and Flanigan again.

It was my first time in R&F and Drew and his team were wonderful and so accommodating. They were able to speed up my delivery date.
