Online add stated our furniture was on display at your one location. Drove over to store. Nope. Nothing to view. Not there.
I don’t care for that tactic. You don’t have to stoop that low. You have good quality furniture. Don’t ruin your image.

Received prompt and curteous service from a very knowledgable gentleman. Was there when I needed and left me to browse when requested. Always love shopping at Raymour and Flaningans.

The customer service was excellent. We were looking to get a new bed for my daughter. They took a lot of time finding out what type of mattress she liked and took her around the store trying multiple beds till we found the perfect one. Would definitely shop there again.

saleperson Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. I had viewed the recliners I was interested in online and Nick knew exactly were the chair was and had all the details available. I bought two recliners that day. The Troy recliner was exactly what I wanted.

Al was very helpful and courteous. We went in with a specific item in mind and it was quick and easy to find it, and compare with other options. Thank you!

Our mattress had a spring pop and a tech was sent out for an assessment. After the assessment we were provided a credit to use on a new bed. We went in store which was very covid friendly and were assisted in finding the perfect bed for us. The process was quick and easy and we were super grateful for the removal and set up process being included. This is our fourth large purchase from Raymour and we will continue to come back for all our furniture needs!

Gina Plante was exceptional. No pressure. No hovering. Yet, right there when we had a question. This type of sales representative along with your excellent service is why I keep coming back!!! Keep up the great work and quality for a fair price!!

What a blessing it was to shop at the Amherst New York store.
After a major mistake By Ashley furniture with delivery. I called the Amherst facility to see what they could do to help me out of a bad situation with a competitor. Not only did they help me right away. They made my wife and I feel like top priority while we were in the store. The sales woman and store manager offered us multiple options in order to make us happy. The store was able to have the exact same order delivered faster, they were also able to save me almost $400.00. Delivery was on time and the delivery personnel were very kind and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.
In these times , it’s nice to see that there are still companies that hold customer service at such a high level.
Thank You Raymor and Flanigan. We will be back.

Very good service

we are very pleased with our new purchase.

Claimed I could special order a sofa, put it all through, I paid it in full and they cancelled it 6 days later saying they all of a sudden couldn’t actually order what I wanted. Missed out on a sales price at another store where I should have just bought it to begin with. Wound up ordering it myself online through the original store. Have had multiple issues w raymour in recent times, not doing better at redeeming themselves issue after issue.

Lisa assisted me in my purchase without a pushy attitude. I would ask for her again if I were to return to Raymour.

Salesman was extremely efficient and had lots of knowledge. He helped in picking out the chairs that would best suit my situation.

The bed we ordered for our daughter was delivered with two right legs. The mattress would not fit so she had to sleep on the floor while waiting for the part to come in. (2-10 weeks) My husband suggested that we go to the store to speak directly to someone about our problem instead of resolving it over the phone. Sure enough, Robert (who wasn’t even our salesman) bent over backwards to help us and we had the part in our hands within 2 days! Last night our daughter slept in her bed and she loves it! We found our new go-to guy in Robert. We look forward to ordering more furniture from him in the future. Thank you.
