Very easy experience buying a new sectional. Amanda K gave me thorough options, listened to the things I wanted and found me a good fit for my house. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was scheduled efficiently. I can't wait to get it tomorrow!

Bruce was a very personable and helpful salesman. Not pushy. Led us to try several different mattresses in different price ranges that matched our needs and then let us decide without pushing us in one direction or another. Good shopping experience!

They promised a $25 gift card. I called and was told it had been sent twice. I checked all of my mailboxes and have not received it.

We spoke with salesperson Chris Kanaley and manager Pedro Villena. They were both outstanding to work with. Both were very professional, upfront and honest and said they would give us the best possible price. They didn't waste our time and play games like the other two mattress stores we visited Sunday. The other stores kept asking ". . . what would it take to make a sale today" and never offering their best price.
We look forward to going back to Raymour & Flanigan the next time we need furniture.

Did the purchase online. It was just a Bunky board. But it was in stock and was delivered the next day. The delivery person helped get it into the house. Out standing service.

Our saleswoman Noreen was AWSOME. She took her time and eventually directed us right to the perfect set of couches. Excellent experience.

Nick was very patient, as I knew what I didn't want but not sure what I wanted. I was a bit disappointed that items could not be customized with other fabrics but we were able to find something that would work for us.

We met our salesperson Lisa Patton in March when she helped us digest all the mattress info we needed- to start making our decisions. We had to put that pleasant initial experience on the back burner for a few months but wanted to restart the process by contacting Lisa. It only took another meeting last evening to get the job done. Lisa listens, lets us talk and moves us along our path with understanding and great skill. Buying a matress is not fun but she made it more than just tolerable. We feel that we made a good choice regarding price point and quality. Her manager Pedro V. also facilitated our final purchase and was also very pleasant and helpful.

We were greeted and offered help as soon as we arrived. That was not the case at the other big name furniture store that we also visited. We were given attention but not hovered over which we appreciated. We were able to browse on our own knowing help was within reach if needed. We worked with Lisa and she was wonderful throughout the entire process.

Noreen was knowledgeable and really helped us find the right mattress, adjustable frame pillows and bed. It was so easy with her help! The selection was also very good! Thank you!
