Martin Montoya was great to work with. He really knows what you have to offer, and very gracefully steered us to options we are considering. From my husband and me, 4 thumbs up for Martin.

We were politely welcomed by Sonya A. who showed us Mattresses and discussed options that helped us make our decision to buy. We tired out 3 and are happy with our experience.

How friendly the atmosphere was ! Very nice staff…. Not trying to do a hard sale …..very knowledgeable …gave you space to look around uninterrupted ….

Great service with helping us decide the best choice for our home. Together we discussed many options and covered a broad price range. We believe we got the best deal. We also considered other stores before visiting Raymore and Flanagan and feel we got a good price.

Easy to look for products. Good variety with descriptions

I was assured my purchase could be delivered the next day as long as I ordered something that was in stock. I ordered, it was in stock, I was reassured it would be delivered next day, and it WAS NOT.

She was very friendly. We did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. She also was very knowledgeable in the product we purchased.

The salesman noted what I was looking for and guided me to the pieces that matched my vision. I felt no pressure to buy. When we located the furniture I envisioned, I was happy to make the purchase.

Very helpful and professional

Good experience, quick efficient and I walked out satisfied.
I was looking for a very specific mattress. I had done my homework online so I needed to understand a couple of tings and "test drive" the product.
Darren was very helpful, he patiently explained the differences between products and did not try to push me in any direction. I tested 4 different mattresses, made my decision, he wrote it up, I picked a delivery date and... we shall see.

Me and my husband had a great experience at Raymour and Flanagan our consultant Brian Detoma was great to work with not pushy at all very knowledgeable and patient and kind gave us space to look around but was there if we had any questions very nice selection of furniture we did shop around a lot and we found the most value for our money there we are excited to get our new couches delivered.

No pressure

Our sales lady, Camila, was excellent. She was so helpful and she let us discuss things among ourselves. A true gem!!! And when we go back to get other furniture that we need, we will go to her.

I dealt with Sonia this time and bought a leather recliner and a media console . She was knowledgeable asked the right questions . Very professional and friendly. Wonderful experience.

The sales person was extremely helpful. I didn't have to wait to be helped. The delivery people are very professional.
