The salesperson, George Smith, was outstanding… helpful, friendly and most pleasant

Looking for a dresser. Ended up in the Carle Place location. Jo-Ellen Pryor greeted me at the door and made the entire process, from start to delivery, flawless. She was informative, patient and extremely helpful. Can't THANK HER enough-

We had a good experience buying a dining room set because Fred was our sales person. He was personable and very patient with all our questions and our change of minds on the color.

The salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We actually visited the store three times before we made a purchase. Each time we visited , Shakeela was very helpful and patient with us, she realized that we were making a major purchase( ended up buying $10,000 worth of furniture). I will gladly recommend Shakeela to anyone.

I'm actually quite surprised to see the charges that appeared after thinking I was purchasing couches for $3800 plus tax. Suddenly there was a high delivery charge on top of taxes on top of the warranty. Disappointed that the store would not at least waive the delivery nor go lower on the price nor give me more time on the financing. 7/7/2022- As an update, because the response from customer service below seems to indicate something was done, nothing was. I did reach out and they did absolutely nothing about my gripes. Still sorely disappointed.

We walked into the showroom looking for a specific item. Jodi our salesperson took us to the item. She was very sweet and knowledgeable of specifications. We have our special needs son with us and was able to get everything done very quickly.

The Denali platform bed is an excellent product and I'm very glad I bought it. It's solidly built, the finish is flawless, and the storage doors are large and convenient. Plus the delivery experience, as usual with R&F, was prompt and beyond complaint. The delivery men were courteous and did a bang-up job assembling the unit.

The representative was so helpful, it only took me half an hour complete my purchase. Thank you!!!

Service at your store in Carle Place was terrific. Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and helped me select a nice couch and dining room table. Delivery was on time with accurate advance notice.......My only problem was with your accounting dept. I called 2 days after purchase to ask if I could come into store in person and pay down the financing agreement, using gift cards I had received at my retirement party on Thursday, Oct. 7. I was told (a) financing had already been put through a day earlier and it was too late and (b) you don't accept gift cards as payment. I was upset and said I would not shop there again. Pat Calvert

Anthony at the Poughkeepsie outlet store was knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us in selecting the items we wanted and gave us space to decide. I highly recommend him snd we are pleased with our delivered selections as well.

we had a great visit to your Gateway location store in Brooklyn NY. The salesperson was outstanding. She was very helpful in helping us choose the furniture that would fit in the new apartment. She even came with us to help get the correct measurements for the space we have.

I’ve purchased from Raymour & Flanigan in the past so of course I went there when I needed a dresser and an accent chest. I went there on 3 individual occasions and all three times I walked in and I wasn’t approached or greeted. I finally had to ask for help. Michael Farrier had just finished up with a customer when I asked him to help me. He was more than happy too and what an amazing job he did I was able to purchase my dresser and accent chest and he was also nice enough to order a painting I wanted off of your website. Shame on all of the sales people that turned there backs on me because they lost out on a $1900 sale. You never would’ve known that they work on commission.

Customer service is top notch here! Very friendly sales reps, great products, easy purchase/delivery options. Definitely recommend.
