I would like to say Annette our sales associate that we dealt with is probably one of the best salesperson we ever had to deal with she was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us and when we needed a question answered she was more than happy to answer it. She made shopping for furniture very pleasurable. She also always follows up on deliveries to make sure everything that we ordered arrived when it was supposed to we will always deal with her in the future. Thank you

Ordering was easy after I talked to my salesman, Sid, at the Cherry Hill NJ location where he had helped me buy mattresses and a bedroom set.

Our sales person listened and helped show us choices for exaclty what we were looking for.

1. Jamone is awesome! He knows the products, and understands what I need better than I do.
2. Delivery in a day. Totally unexpected.
In these “unprecedented” times of supply chain delays and generally poor service, I am impressed with R&F’s ability to maintain your standards.

The customer service there is very good. The man name ( joe )who attended us is super attentive, very accommodating and friendly. He was very patient.

Found a sofa online that we liked so we went into the showroom to sit on it lol…the product meets my high expectations! Was as beautiful in person, comfortable and on sale! We had an amazing experience. We were welcomed upon entering the building and directed to where we needed to go. We were given space and ample time to look around. We were checked on a few times just to make sure that we were doing well & we’re never pressured.

Joe the salesman was pleasant and helped my husband Douglas and I with exactly with what we were looking for and made great points and suggestions.

ADEL WAS GREAT. VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I liked how she kept track of the entertainment centers I liked on her little computer. She gave me time to make a decision.

It was a great experience, very accommodating in and out. No hassle was great doing business there from the manager to the young lady behind the desk printing the paperwork out very good experience.

Mr. Lyles was very helpful by showing us where the product that we wanted was located. The other stores that we visited just said that "they are all over". He had full knowledge of your inventory and description. He made the visit stressless.

We had consulted the website prior to visiting the store and were prepared to be told the sofa we had selected wasn’t available. We were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted upon arrival, our salesman (Robert) was friendly and knowledgeable, and our transaction was completed quickly. Now we’re just awaiting delivery information!
