I like the fact that they will deliver any furniture in stock in 3 days or less. Also, they will deliver on a future date based on my schedule.

The salesperson Cathy who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Our experience was very good. We were paying cash for all of our furniture, so there was no hold up with anything and the delivery time was within two days. I will definitely continue to use Raymore Flanagan in the future for all of my furniture needs.

The sales lady Sandra was very knowledgeable and listened to all my wants and needs. There was no pressure and encouraged me to take samples home before making any decisions.

Salesman was helpful and ready, but did not follow us around.

After greeting us, the salesperson allowed us plenty of time to wander around before checking in and offering us assistance. This was a plus… not pushy at all. Prices were reasonable and availability met our timeline.

The saleswoman and manager were not very welcoming. We went in for a specific tv stand that I found on the website, she seemed disappointed that it wouldn’t be a bigger sale. When my husband asked for a military or senior discount, she got her manager. The manager was very full of herself and condescending. My husband was in sales for 42 years and said he never would have treated a customer that way. The saleswoman never thanked us or offered to help in the future. We will be looking for a bedroom set in the near future but it certainly will not be at your Collegeville store.

Tim Hogan, Sales Rep, as been very helpful on our last two purchases from R&F (a Sofa and an Aireloom mattress). Your showrooms are spectacular and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be shopping at R&F again in the future.

Even though we were a reselect customer, we were treated with the utmost kindness and helpfulness. The manager knew we were coming in and knew our issues which caused the reselect. She had a plan in place to meet all our wants and made it happen. It didn’t take all day and we found the perfect living room set. Delivery is Sunday!!

Easy to use great web site

Very disappointed that I was not well informed on the process of receiving and excepting furniture. This should be discussed more with new customers and first time buyers. Don’t get stuck like I did.

Easy, no pressure, very helpful

Sandy helped me find a recliner (non-rocking) for my Mother In Law. She listened to my needs and guided me to check out a few recliners. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel pushed into a sale.
