You bait and switched the price of the item I was going to buy then lied to me the next day about it and the financing

Derek was our great salesperson! Left us alone to do our looking over the dining room sets(which we prefer!) and then answered all of our questions when we had them.

Emma was so sweet, helpful, and very patient in ordering the right furniture for my daughters.

When we walked in we were greeted by Sandy and she was very polite and informative. We knew what we wanted and she pointed us out in the right direction. When we selected our item the sale was super easy. She asked if we had any additional questions and said she would follow up after our delivery.

The salesperson was friendly and helped us find items on the large video screen and on the floor.

Excellent sales representative. She listened to my preferences and showed me options that met my criteria. No hard sell.

Our salesman Derek was very helpful showing us all the nightstands that met the dimensions we stipulated and allowing us to take all the time we needed to make up our minds. Meanwhile I got sidetracked asking about mattresses so he showed us several and their features. If/when we decide to get a new mattress I know who our salesman will be!

Tez at the Collegville PA store has always made my shopping experience a very positive one. Her professionalism is exceptional as is her response time. Mostly, her knowledge of how to find what I am looking for even if not in the store. Tez goes over and above and every experience is positive.

We always have Adrian help us when we visit . He is kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products he sells. We have been very happy with all of our purchases! We recently purchased furniture elsewhere, and cancelled it because I knew the quality and service were not as good! I also came in Friday and the furniture I ordered was delivered today! Thank you so much! We are very happy with our purchase.

Tom Webb was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We had an easy and quick pick up as well. So happy with our new couch!

The delivery was not the best experience. We got our window and arranged for child & pet care during the entire window. Over 1.5 hours after the delivery window passed they showed up. They delivered the couch but didn't assemble the couch. There's nothing holding our 4 piece massive sectional together. When we went to move it later that evening we noticed none of the pieces were attached to each other. It's not the end of the world, but the couch moves and slides easily and considering the cost of the inflated delivery prices, we expected better. Now, it'll be a while before they come out to rectify the situation because they aren't sure they have the proper equipment.
