Years ago the salesperson would greet you and this time, my salesman greeted me, guilted me to what I needed, told me his name, and left me alone. Absolutely, no pressure whatsoever and he was nearby for me to signal if I had questions or needed help.
He was an pleasure to deal with.

Luckily we were helped by a favorite of…
Luckily we were helped by a favorite of ours, Michael Grossman. He has helped us many times and he did an excellent job again selling us a mattress. He spent time with us. Gave us all types of options and prices but did not push us. We ended up spending $3300 on a mattress without any pressure from him.

Poor communication
The shopping was easy however I chose the date to pick up the sofa and recliners however, when I called to confirm 24 hours prior to me coming to pick them up I was told my sofa wasn’t going to be there . No one called to notify me . If I did not call to confirm I would had shown up with a rented trailer. Mind you I was charged the full balance when I ordered the furniture. I have yet to receive the furniture so I can not review the product.

The mattress was delivered today and right on time.The delivery men were polite and professional. The sales people were nice and helpful especially the manager who actually showed us the mattresses in our price range.

Horrible Customer/Replacement part Service
Horrible customer service. Follow all the directions uploading pictures and part number. Wait two weeks to hear from customer service. Wait another two months for part to arrive. Another week and a half for appointment. Once the serve tech arrives he automatically says they ordered the wrong part and he told that first thing in the morning but wouldn’t let him cancel the appointment. Causing me to take off work time. And he knew the part was wrong from the photos WE supplied. So the customer service person ordered the wrong part. Now we have to wait, again for the right part to arrive? How long? Then schedule an appointment….HORRIBLE
