Checked out couches several weeks ago, went home to measure and figure out which one I loved the best. Purchased couch online and having it delivered right to my home. Easy peasy!

I visited R&F and was greeted by Jason G. He was very helpful and respectful to my “space” to look around the showroom. I did purchase a tv console the next day and am deciding on a sleeper sofa. I would recommend R&F for any type of furniture and would as well recommend asking for Jason!

The salesperson
The salesperson, Nicholas Mervash, while encouraging, was not too pushy. While he was never far away, he faded into the background enough for me to be comfortable and take my time. Found a few items to choose from and was happy with my selection.

Terrible Experience
First bed frame was terrible - instructions unclear and cheap, damaged material. ONLY FIVE BED SLATS, with no notification or heads up that this requires a box spring. Ended up returning it and still got charged $30. Then I take a chance again, and order a bed frame I saw in-person from Raymour & Flanigan. I attempted to reason with the salesperson for some sort of discount after my first experience, but they would not allow any discount. So I ended up ordering it since I thought the quality was worth it this time, despite my first negative impression. First, the order was pushed out for pick-up a week later. Then the day I get the call for pick-up after weeks of this grueling process, I’m told that the bed slats won’t be available for pickup until 5 DAYS LATER. So whats the point of alerting me of the pick-up for my frame when the essential piece for the mattress to go on the bed is not even ready. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t be surprised if this bed frame has to be returned after I attempt to assemble it.

The gentleman Khalil Woodod, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did not hover over me but keep an eye on me and was there when I needed information.

Liars and thieves
I will never do business with Raymour & Flanigan again. The salesman lies to your face and the company does nothing. Now I have a bed that I cannot use, and I have to live with for the next thirty days? There warranty is worthless, I will take R&M to small claims court.
