Great customer service. Good delivery.

Writing this review because of the excellent customer service provided by Leslie, the Customer Service Lead at the Gateway Drive location in Brooklyn.

I live in North Carolina and ordered a dining room set for my mom, who lives in Brooklyn. Immediately after it was delivered, she noticed several imperfections — a gap when the table extension was raised and some minor scratches. We called customer service that same evening.

A service technician came several days later and attempted to fix the table, which unfortunately made the problem worse (the tabletop extension is now lopsided and the legs are unstable). My mom and I called the Gateway Drive location that evening to ask about a replacement and were told they needed to wait for the technician's report.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Leslie today, who told me the technician had closed the service call as completed with no recommendation for a replacement. I shared my frustration, especially since my mom had raised her concerns immediately after delivery — not days or weeks later.

Leslie listened and called me back several hours later (not days), to let me know that a replacement would be delivered over the weekend.

I'm grateful to Leslie for recognizing that this situation warranted a replacement. I don't subscribe to the premise that the customer is always right, and I appreciate when a customer service rep can discern when a customer isn't simply trying to "get over."

I was trying to place an order online but was unable to schedule delivery for the date I needed. I called customer service, and Jason provided excellent assistance. He professionally helped me schedule the delivery, place the order, and process the payment. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.

The delivery team was equally impressive—professional, punctual, and efficient. They completed the delivery quickly, set everything up properly, and cleaned up afterward. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

As soon as I enter the store I was nicely greeted by Jason, who show me some mattress in the brand I was looking for, he took his time and answered any questions I had, definitely will be recommending this store and Jason as a go to person, to get a wonderful experience. This was my first time to a Raymour & Flanigan store and it wont be my last.

I purchased a livingroom set online and chatted with Jason Hicks for clarification and questions because I wanted to ship overseas. He was very helpful throughout the process so I didn't had to go back to my cart. He also applied a discount code. All I had to do was make the payment using the link he sent. I received my invoice and delivery notice also.

The sales person Asia was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was very patient with my husband and I. She also showed us exactly what we requested.

Jason was great!! Very patient, knowledgeable, kind, I did not feel rushed or like I was annoying him (even though I called on a Sunday).

I ordered a TV console that they said would be delivered in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later they told me it would take another 2 weeks. Still not delivered and they said wait another 2 weeks. We’re now at 7 weeks. At 8 weeks, several reps said they would look into it and call me back. Got no call backs. Finally a rep said it was delivered to the wrong address 2 weeks after I purchased it and I would get a refund. It took 5 phone calls over 3 weeks to get a refund. I then ordered the identical console from Wayfair. It was $80 cheaper and delivered in 3 days. Wayfair is the way to go!

I bought the Delphine table with a leaf to extend the table for visitors:). Jason Hicks was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and was just so helpful through the entire process. The delivery was excellent also. The team were on time and put the table together quickly. I would definitely buy more pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan! Thank you so much Mr. Hicks for your kindness and professionalism.

The sale representative is very patient, knowledgeable and always make the process easy. Always offer the best options for payment which financing works best for me.
