No Pressure Sales
I had a great salesman, Stephen Perez, who spent several hours over 3 days helping me with a tough mattress decision. He never made me feel pressured and everyone I worked with during the sale, paperwork and delivery were very kind!

Kind & Compassionate
I was in an apartment fire which totaled my mattress and other items. I needed a mattress for my new location quickly as I had to leave the hotel. They were able to help me by getting my mattress to my new apartment on the day that I got my in. They were kind and compassionate to my situation. A huge thank you to all who made this happen. I would love to recognize the sales associate, but I am still in disarray. I will be back for more items soon.

Easy and painless
Everything about the experience went well. Bought a mattress over the summer and a couch just recently. The store is well laid out, the people are helpful without ever being pushy. Erica was extremely helpful with both purchases and very pleasant to work with. Overall a very painless process.

Great customer service
Great customer service, Corey and Malisa were exceptional. They took the time to listen, show us several sets as well as show us how we could put chairs with a different table.
We never felt rushed, Corey showed patience as I forgot my measurements. Once received he took the measurements to compare to my current and provided his insight.
Could not have asked for better customer service.

My husband and myself had the pleasure of Charles Manzella Albany NY & Dennis Staufenberg CliftonPark NY assist us in our purchase. All our questions were answered in depth and clarity. They were polite and spent needed time with us they were very knowledgeable. The showrooms were well lighted and bright. That was a plus as we had looked elsewhere and had to look at a fabric sample outside!! We had a great experience.

I purchased the bradford heights 7 pc…
I purchased the bradford heights 7 pc dining set not quite a year ago. First the table came put together wrong, sent it back. Table came and all the chairs wobbled and were scratched. Sent them back. I would love to leave review regarding the set it self but there is no option. The table chipped already all the chairs legs keep loosening and the backs of them all are loosing the paint. None of the chairs are close to walls from that to happen. One of the leafs looks like the veneer was done incorrectly there is no shine it is dull. I would never recommend this set to any one and am very unhappy with how it is holding up.
