Our salesman name was Adam! Absolutely great man and very helpful. I appreciate his knowledge of the products, delivery process and in every step he made sure I understood what to expect. We will certainly be back to see him again for our next purchase. Thanks Adam!

Adam Kotzman is a very diligent salesman. Very professional. However, we were Not able to see the furniture we purchased because you do not have large pieces in stock. We hope it fits up the stairs when you deliver it.

This was our first time in a Raymour and Flanigan store. We were greeted warmly, the sales staff listened to our needs, and quickly directed us to a living room set. She gave us time to browse, look at options, and discuss what we wanted to purchase. The sale associate helped us through the purchase and provided any information requested.

First time at a Raymour & Flanigan furniture store. I was greeted right away from Michelle; she couldn’t have been more kind, polite and helpful. After looking at a few items, I found the perfect fit for what I was looking for. From the time I entered until the final step, it was seamless. I’m sure when my sleep sofa comes in, I’ll be pleasantly pleased with delivery. The one thing that really stood out was how professional was, from attire to showing furniture.

Very clean and warm environment sales associates, especially mine. Desiree was very helpful without being pushy. Let me look and browse at my own pace.

Adam was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He allowed us to lay on the mattress and experience the different features. He answered all questions we threw at him. Adam was pleasant and kind excellent salesman!!!

A great variety of items to choose from and the sales associate, Mary, was very helpful and not at all pushy.

Pro: Desirae Grogan, our saleswoman, was very nice & helpful. We purchased a Winfield Swivel Lift-top L-desk from her. Desirae did provide info about the Platinum Protection Plan, which was very informative & a necessary item to know. We did, however decline the protection plan, as not being that necessary for a desk.
Con: The continued harassment to purchase the protection plan, again by the manager & the checkout clerk. It is our view that these employees were instructed (with the fear of God put in them) to force the sale of the protection plan on all purchasing customers.

Had exactly what I wanted and salesperson Justin was helpful and personable.

Our purchasing experience was fine. Rather quick to process etc. However, when our mattress was sold we learned there were no brackets to our head board!! We had to buy them which seems silly to have another uncharge for a mattress that costs over $6,000. Either way I would have loved to have known and had them delivered with the bed.

Skyler was absolutely fantastic!! He answered all questions while two young children ran around and played. He was patient and made the experience so much less stressful for a mom!

Over the long process of trying to decide what I needed to complete my home every person I had contact with was super helpful and informative. Will 100% purchase here again!

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by friendly and helpful employees. Skylar was very knowledgeable and made my mattress purchase seamless.

Sales person didn’t introduce himself. Didn’t guide us or give suggestions. Just told us where what we were looking for was and then walked away. We ended up finding what we were looking for after looking on the kiosk. And I had to go get him when we needed a question answered about the in store pickup. Also made it a big deal when we declined the protection package and made it known he needed the managers approval to get it removed when I was able to decline it myself on his iPad.
