The one loveseat arrived in a damaged condition and needs repair or replacement.

Salesperson was very polite, attentive, helpful. I found exactly what I wanted on your website and he answered all my questions and got my order placed effortlessly. I will be back when I need more new furniture.

Somehow my wife stumbled upon it online in the color she was looking for and Shiloh was able to make it happen for us. He made this purchasing experience very very simple. I’m sure it wasn’t easy to find and order the furniture we wanted because it wasn’t even an option at any store or company in the entire northeast, and he did this entirely over the phone without us having to even make a trip into the store.

Salesman was knowledgeable and did not pressure us.

Our salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us around the store. He explained the warranty for the furniture. The customer service from salesman to cashier was 5 stars!

Chylo was an excellent salesman. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Harrisburg store with our consultant, Chyloh. We were searching for a bedroom set and he was very helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for and made an excellent suggestion which led us to purchase a beautiful bookcase with a light in it! My husband is an avid reader! It added so much balance and ambiance to the bedroom! We love our room now and so do our family and friends! Thank you to the two young men who delivered and set up the room. They certainly did it in a professional and stress free way! Our consultant, Chiloh, even answered my call when he was out of the country to make sure everything was fine with the delivery and to see if there were any problems. We couldn't be happier!

We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan, Harrisburg PA location. Chyloh took the time to answer all our questions and helped us decide on a new mattress without being too pushy. Excellent Customer Service. The mattress is so comfortable, we’ve been late to work all week… 5 Stars!!

Ordered online and paid for a bed frame, box spring, mattress. Waited a week for delivery of only a box spring and mattress. Did not include the frame which we were told went out of stock. Picked a new bed frame and waited another week only to be told this new one is also now out of stock. After 3 confirmed delivery dates and no success I would not recommend to anyone.
It has been 3 weeks of back and forth and now we will cancel and require a refund. Will not do business again.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about mattresses. He arranged for our delivery asap. He also did a follow-up to be sure everything was as it should be. We are happy with our purchase.

Everyone was very nice. Absolutely loved the honesty in reference to certain furniture pieces. I had gone to several other furniture stores and felt like I was pushed for a sale not for what was truly good for me. I felt like they weren’t listening to my concerns regarding certain materials for couches. “That material is great with dogs” when I knew it wasn’t. R and F sales team did the opposite and that was honesty and sold me a couch that works with my life.

Yesterday, while visiting the Raymore and Flanagan in Harrisburg, I was greeted by Linda. Linda was exceptional throughout my shopping experience while looking for the perfect chair. She was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable about what I wanted. I would highly recommend Linda to any customer who shops at Raymour and Flanagan. She is exceptional.
I know for sure because of my experience with Linda I will be back to buy more furniture in the future .

I ordered a mattress two day s ago and have not gotten todate

Ryan was very informative and patient with my kids. Got a fair deal on exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to doing more business with Raymour & Flanigan in the future
