Your Raymour sales associate Kaylee was outstanding. Kaylee took time to listen to all our concerns, she listened to what types of mattresses and couch we were looking for, our price range, and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She went well above and beyond what a normal sale associate would do. We look forward to shopping at Raymour&Flanigan again.

Our salesman, Mr. Morris Hargrove, was very knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with.

Just needed to order some sheets for one of our purchased mattresses. We called our salesperson, Edward, and he stepped me thru using a gift card . he thanked us again for our business, no order too small for great service from him!

The salesperson, Morris, was very easy going and wasn't pressuring at all. We tried a good variety of mattresses. Prior to coming to this store, we visited 2 others. We felt that for what we got that the price was good and a lot of value for our money. They were able to do a next day delivery.

We had a great experience at the Henrietta location. Our salesman, Shah Zajic was exceptional. We were there looking for a queen mattress that was on sale. Shah took his time and showed us different choices. He is friendly and courteous. We highly recommend him. We are coming back next spring to purchase a couch and chair and we want to make sure we can deal with Shah. We are very grateful for his service.

Ordered 2 items and one was damaged when they called for me to pick it up. Inconvenience.

Terrible!!! I ordered a kitchenette set on July 3, salesperson Morris told me set would be delivered within 12 days. Never happened. I called Morris and he tells me
It will now be delivered on the 21st and they will call a day before. Never happened. So disappointed. Don't think I will order from this company again.

Joe was very helpful. Even when I got home and had to change my order he was very quick to make everything right.

Our sales consultant, Rajeem Holliday, was courteous, knowledgeable & patient.
He did s good job of showing us furniture that fit our criteria, and was able to answer all our questions.

Everyone was super patient and helpful. We found the couch that we thought we wanted but chose a different one. No rush and no push. We felt relaxed and free to make a decision when we were ready.

The visit was quick and easy. We were welcomed upon entering the store. The salesman. Richard, introduces himself, asked what we wanted, pointed us in the right direction, then gave us some time to look at our pace. He checked in a couple of times and answered the few questions we had. Richard was helpful and friendly.

Chelsey Jacobs made it great. She is a wonderful asset to the company.

I initially called and spoke to Ms. Sabrina Jordan who graciously offered to show me the furniture for which I had interest. Our meeting proved friendly, informative, and professional. I felt valued and respected and felt I had made correct decisions in my purchases. Thank you!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BUT STILL HAVE TO PAY. THE SOFA & CHAIR I SAT ON IN THE SHOW ROOM DID NOT HAVE THE HARD WOOD CORNERS THAT COME THROUGH THE ARMS. YOU CAN'T EVEN LEAN UP AGAINST THEM WITHOUT GETTING BRUSED. THE COUCH DID NOT HAVE THE SEAT CUSHIONS THAT GO FLAT IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THIS SET TO A COLLEGE FRAT HOUSE.

John Kruspe made it a great experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, gave us the space we needed to browse and answer our questions.

John Kruspe did! He was the best and I mean THE BEST salesperson I've ever worked with. He greeted me at the door and I told him immediately I was furnishing my brand new townhome. He didn't pester me, he told me the layout of the entire store and checked in with me every 15 minutes or so. Was helpful and I made my first, of what I expect, to be many purchases with John.

dealing with the salesman ( Adam ) was delightful. He was professional and took time to show me the multiple options I had in my search to buy new bedding.
